"Every single staff member we encountered in this hotel from the front desk, to restaurant, to staff passing by in the halls, were extremely friendly and accommodating. As many of said, the hotel is dated, but we found it to be very clean. Breakfast was a good buffet with an excellent egg/omelette bar. Even though it was dated, I would stay there again. "

"The room was filthy. Bathroom was super dirty. Lamp and TV didn’t work and telephone was not connected so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I went to the front desk and complain she said I should have said something sooner. I told her we had arrived at 1030pm after driving for hours and I went straight to bed. I told her the room should not be dirty in the first place and checked out. She continued to yell at me across the lobby as I was walking out. Very poor customer service and filthy room."
