"This appears to be a newer property and overall I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The hotel felt fresh and updated, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything in the room was in good working order, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here for the Texas Tech graduation and it was perfect! Close to the University and lots of good eateries. It was really clean, had a great breakfast and a really helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend!"

"I never complain about these situations, as an adult we can power through. And it is my fault for allowing my 1 yr old to walk the room without inspecting it first. But, my 1 yr old came up to me with a used Q Tip in his mouth from the previous guests. The corner he found it in, extremely dirty. As an adult I’d let it go, but my baby having a used Q Tip in his mouth because staff did not clean properly, completely unacceptable. Pictures taken, and included."

"This was the most horrible thing I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was not ready when arrived at 10 PM. One of the staff from the front desk was cleaning the room in a rush. The sheets were all wrinkled on both beds and all the pillows were thrown on one, and that was the way that was said to be the room was ready. The bathroom was still dirty from such a quick cleanup. The towels were quickly folded up and not in any kind of decent order They brought our extra blankets and pillows, rolled up in a ball and said they just got them out of the dryer and that’s why they were not folded The room was dusty and dirty, like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time The staff called our room and knocked on our door at 11:30 PM at night Then speaking to the manager, he was extremely rude about how horrible our stay was and did not do anything to help us in any fashion"

"I understand being short staff which is why I want you to take this into consideration. With this hotel being short staff these are the issues found in the room and yes I took pictures. The toilet had pubic hair on it, no toilet paper in bathroom, the tub was dirty, the floor in the bathroom had hair on it, there was a hole where the door knob hits the wall, roach in bathroom, tub had mold on sides needs to recaulked, the bathroom sink had food in it, the sheets were not changed out because there was dirt and hair in it, missing light bulbs in a lamp and microwave, microwave was dirty, food was left in the fridge from previous guest, fridge wasn't clean, no trash bags in trashcan or in ice bucket. The hotel was sold out due to graduation ceremony for Texas Tech which is why we couldn't go to another room. Didn't bother with the continent breakfast didnt trust it with how the room was given to us. Again keep in mind they were short staffed. Maybe it is better if they were fully staffed."

"Water pressure in sink was abysmal, parking if not valet subjects you to park at a parking garage down the street only in the 3rd or 4th floor which at night feels sketchy. Room has fridge chock full of drinks both alcoholic and non but watch the price lol…lastly a small trash can by the toilet is all the room offers for waste so be mindful of to go food oh, and no microwave in the room. "
