"I wasn't expecting much to be honest, just something clean for Dad's weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the easy check-in process, comfortable bed, and mostly up-to-date room. The room/bathroom was small and the breakfast was mid but I wasn't planning to treat this like a resort. This is a clean and close to campus to put my head down and get some quality sleep. By those measures, it was a great stay. "

"My mom and I enjoyed this cozy B&B. Located in a quiet neighborhood (although it is across the street from a high school--so you may hear the band on occasion but otherwise pretty quiet). Within easy walking distance to downtown Champaign, the Virginia Theater, cool book shops and plenty of places to eat. I would definitely stay here again. "
