Contactless check in- check out was really easy. Room was ready upon arrival, clean and warmed to a comfy temperature. Easy off street parking. Great place for a weekend get away close to a lot of great downtime spots. Will definitely return.

What a wonderful place to stay in Champaign! The home is full of character, spotless, quiet and had everything we needed. The dining room is stocked with snacks and drinks available 24/7 Any breakfast item you could want is available during morning hours. Downtown restaurants and shops are 15 minute walk. Street parking was no problem. Will definately stay there again!

This is an older home, so do expect in the Berkley room quite a bit of inside/outside noise, water temperature variations and window AC over the bed. The main floor was very charming. Several continental breakfast choices. Walking distance to nice selection of restaurants. We did not have a restful sleep which is why we rated as good.

I’m very impressed by the staff and the stay. Managed with great precision and a lovely place. WiFi was a bit slow on the 3rd floor but this is a place to enjoy, not a place where internet is needed.

Quiet Reprieve

This was a wonderful reprieve from the hustle & bustle of the city. We came down to move my son from one apt to the next & chose to stay at this hidden gem instead of a commercial property. The Chicago Room was perfect!

My mom and I enjoyed this cozy B&B. Located in a quiet neighborhood (although it is across the street from a high school--so you may hear the band on occasion but otherwise pretty quiet). Within easy walking distance to downtown Champaign, the Virginia Theater, cool book shops and plenty of places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant overnight in Champaign

Very pleasant property right near downtown restaurants etc . It was easy to get to off the highway, in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance of restaurants/,nightlife. The San Francisco room has a lovely claw foot tub for an enjoyable soak after a long driving day! Good self- serve breakfast ooptions
