"Very disappointing stay. The ice maker did not work during my visit. In the morning, before leaving, I requested that my room be cleaned. When I returned in the evening, the room had not been cleaned at all.
I spoke with the reception staff, but they were not responsive and simply told me that the room would be cleaned the next day. I explained that I would be checking out the next day and would no longer be there, so that solution was not helpful.
The lack of service and communication was frustrating. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return."
