  • Come and enjoy an outdoor stay. The house is located on the edge of the marshes, 500m from the forest and 1.5km from the surf spots and school.
    A walk of only 25 to 30 minutes through the national forest of Longeville will allow you to arrive at the sparsely populated beaches and surf spots.
    The house is modern and has some architectural tricks to make the most of the 4 seasons in the house.
    The garden is spacious and the many differently exposed terrace areas will allow you to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.
    The start of the walk can be done directly from the house, the cycle lanes in the forest will allow you to walk in the shade or sheltered from the wind.
    The area is quiet and not subject to the tourist influx.
    The villages of La Tranche sur Mer and Longeville sur Mer are 7 minutes away.

Schönes Holzhaus in ruhiger Lage. Der Badestrand ist in weniger als 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
