Location was perfect, right in the center of Toronto. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The WiFi was great, which I really needed as I was working from there. The building also has a nice gym. Definitely recommend!

Great stay no complaints besides the beeping fire alarm every 3-4 hours, maybe low battery but it is okay. Stay was good otherwise.

I forgot something in the room and the staff had it saved for me and returned it only if I had my ID. Terrific service I’ve been to places where they would’ve said it’s gone you forgot it but 1 Hotel Toronto cares about their clientele
