The location was great and the staff were great but the inability to get food or have a restaurant or a lounge or even a place to really work was nonexistent room service is zero the phone down to the front desk is an old rotary phone and every time I called it was say it was busy I couldn't get through but the staff was incredibly helpful location was easy to go out and find restaurants etc. so the other thing was it had a remote control for the TV that took an engineer to try and figure out out and even their Engineer couldn't figure out certain things good luck turning up the volume or changing a channel lol
