"I took my kids. The amount of pools and games (pickle ball, corn hole, etc) was great for us. Our first room ended up having ants, but they moved us immediately. The only other thing I could have wished for was a microwave, free parking, and free WIFI, but it's a beautiful place in the mountains and my kids absolutely loved it."

"Beautiful property, spacious rooms, fantastic staff. We had a wonderful time! The food and drinks, while good are very pricey. There is a refrigerator in your room so you could bring some water and snacks with. The spa was absolutely wonderful. We had a great visit and would recommend to others. "

"Very basic lodging. Bed, AC, refrigerator. Rooms are not the cleanest and lots of sketchy people that stay here. We were asked by multiple women who were begging for money or tried to enter our room"

" I had a very disappointing experience at this property. Check-in was disorganized and I was asked to leave and come back because no rooms were available, only to return and have the front desk not even remember speaking with me. The room itself had a very unpleasant odor and felt like it had only been quickly put together. I also paid for late checkout until noon, yet housekeeping entered the room around 10:30 AM while my family was in the room and I was making my way back from the pool with my son. As I approached my door to put in the code it did not work so I stopped her at the bottom of the stairs to ask if the code had changed and mentioned I had late check out. Of course she hardly spoke English so the only thing I understood was, if I had late check out the code should be the same as before. But it was not, I couldn’t get back into my room. Thankfully the rest of my family was still in the room to let me in. Overall the stay felt poorly managed and unprofessional. If check in didn’t happen so late I would have not stayed and would have asked for a refund. I simply wasn’t in the headspace to be going back and fourth to demand that refund. Would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"Comfortable safe great to be able to bring our dog, please refill doggie bags at stations weve stayed 3x and they are always empty.. don't want to leave a mess on grounds. We bring them now.. "

"Terrible stay! Will be demanding a significant refund. Here 4 ‘and five days. On all five days we complained that there was no hot water, and we had to go to the front desk to do that because on all five days, they never answered their phone connection to the front desk. One desk clerk said that she was the only one there and didn’t have time to answer the phone. That’s absurd. Only decent thing was the swimming pool."
