"I thought everything was excellent about the property and the staff were very nice. The only problem I honestly had was that the shower door would not stay closed. Yet the truth is it is really a minor issue. The overall experience at the property was A+. Keep up the great work!!!"

"We stayed two nights to use as our base to explore Phoenix. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean, the pool area was also well kept. Plenty of available parking and it was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would be happy to stay there again."

"The hotel was comfortable but not clean. I had to request to change rooms, and while the second room was better, it still wasn’t great. The front desk was kind, I did not use any of the amenities. "

"Smells like cigarettes. The patio doors had a broken lock or a very weak lock and cracked parts. The table leg inside the room felt like it was ready to break.The dryer downstairs was broken. The vending machine was good. The side and front doors don't close fully, they have signs that the doors lock automatically but their open all night long. They also have you make a 150$ deposit upon arrival. It was really quiet at night. You can occasionally hear people coming out their room but I feel like it's like that in most places. The t.v had no signal :("

"Service was disappointing: Hotel denied the curtesy to delay the check out from 11 am to 12 pm, even though the hotel manager complained the night before that the hotel is only 1/3 occupied. "
