"The reservation was not in the hotel’s system but they worked directly with Hotels.com to remedy the err. The room was very large, mattresses felt brand new, it was spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay again."

There were some minor cosmetic defects in the room that were noticeable but not a deal breaker. Wish the property had a hot tub! But the pool was warmed to 85, which is nice in the winter.
