Park Plaza County Hall London
The staff at reception were very warm, as were the concierge team. The twin room (two twins) was not too small, maybe 12 x 12 ft. The bathroom was modern but the shower did leak onto the floor. There was also an accent light over the coffee maker that we could never figure out how to turn off. The ...

Royal Garden Hotel
Yes, the room was spotless, and the staff was courteous. The room was not spacious enough. I did not like the fact that there were no drinks in the mini fridge. That is a minus for a 5-star hotel.
