"The hotel is nicely kept and close to a train and bus station to conveniently travel to the tourist areas. There are a few limited food options in the immediate area but you can kind plenty of options within a 10 to 15 minute walk."

"Cleanliness was very good! Breakfast was good as well. I loved that there was a transportation person at the from door to help with options on getting to Heathrow. Only issue were had was the WiFi would not connect in our room, otherwise we had a great one night stay."

There were no phones to call the front desk, and our AT&T phones had no service, so you have to physically go to the lobby. 3.
