Location is convenient for transportation. Staffs are nice. That’s it. Other things horrible! Tiny room, dirty, noisy, expensive considering what you got.

Quiet hotel in London. Walking distance to subway. Only a handful of restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and staff very friendly. Room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. Bring your own hangars if you plan to hang clothing.

Great location for our trip. Relatively quiet for London on a Saturday night. Room had everything we needed and was great.

Double room was very small, the bathroom even smaller. Room was next to front desk and could hear the bell ringing constantly. Also the fire alarm (and another one) went off at random times in the night.

Have I just found one of the best 3 star properties in Pimlico? The answer is yes!. Freindly customer service, nice recption area, building is secure and CCTV fitted in public accessible areas. 10 mins walk from Victoria Coach and Rail Stations, plenty of food and shop options nearby. Road served by TfL service 24. Single room is small, but comfortable and also has air-conditioning, which works well. Everywhere extremely clean. The only thing that would improve the experience is having two pillows on the bed, but overall excellent stay.

The Victoria INN is located in a 3 blocks of hotels back to back. They are in good and safe location but I don’t think is worth the price. You could tell this place is old and does have foul smell. I honestly would Not stay here because of the cleanliness of the place not worth the price.

The front lobby was welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was awesome. Victoria Inn was close to restaurants, bus stops and tube stations. The room was smaller than expected, but comfortable. It needs hooks for towels.

Glad I only booked 2 nights !
I was very disappointed and I never put a bad comment about the places I stay . There was an awful smell body odour mixed with I don’t know what . Got much worst when the ac was on . Shower had mold . The bed was comfortable and location is good but it just felt unsanitary and I’m not one to complain . The worst place I’ve ever stayed at .

Great Value and Location
...The super friendly staff and comfy bedding and really good location (near the ^popular^ 24 bus line and some fine eating options and not too far from the Victoria and Victoria Coach Stations) and great housekeeping and perceived VALUE for the money make this a 5-Star Review from me...A few loud people out in the street in front of the hotel could be easily heard late on some nights but the neighborhood is a good one and this is certainly not the fault of the hotel and is probably a common issue throughout London in general, but I thought it should be mentioned, so maybe just ask for a room not on the front side if you're a light sleeper??? Thanks VI, Great Job. *****

Clean but small
Clean (though a few stray hairs), staff were friendly. Small room, thin walls so I could hear my neighbors' children. I prefer more pillows and a softer mattress, but was fine for a couple nights.

Comfortable Stay
Needed somewhere to stay for one night on a trip to see Hamilton. This place is about 10 minutes walk away, has good room rates and twin rooms. That fit the needs, thanks!

Wi-Fi is important for travelers nowadays
WiFi needs attention as kept dropping out. Trying to save a few pounds or a few dollars by not having signal boosters takes away encouragement to stay there again.
