Great for small stays
All the amenities was in place for a comfortable stay,was different to what I viewed but more or less the same outlay. Had to walk from where I was supposed to stay about a forty minutes walk. So by the time I had finished a twelve hour shift I was two hours later getting to my place of rest. Was very hot in the room which I turned off the heating and wanted to open the bedroom window to air the room out but could not due to it being damaged,gandle wise. But still had a great sleep waking up with a dried throat. All in all for the area and being a ten minute walk to work was great and relaxing even though I never used the full potential of the place only for sleeping. Area was great and safe.

The apartment wasn’t where I wanted to be, the location changed and wasn’t clear and it also wasn’t clear I had to pick the keys up from another location which wasn’t nearby at all.

Avoid this place!!! Small print on listing it says we have 50 apartments and will place you at one. If you go to address of listed apartment no one will be there. You have to drive forever to get to office we’re they give you a key and then potentially another 45 minutes to where they assigned you an apartment. I only booked it because it was by my meeting place... not a half an hour away. $85 cab process. Place was run down and not like the pictures.

Apartment was far from what the pictures led us to believe. It was not modern at all and the carpet did not seem very trustworthy. We found bugs in the bedroom, living room table was wobbly, kitchen hood light was not working, and we had barely enough tableware for the 4 of us.

First off the checkin process is not clear in Expedia website, Expedia staff:Please add clear instructions in Expedia website for this London apartments which are individual owned apartments located all over London. Second, the London apartments management should send Emil details well in advance and Expedia need to mention that there are special instructions to follow to go to the office located in downtown London and collect the Keyes for a random apartment anywhere in London. Expedia should be clear about this instructions and also should NOT give the WRONG address of London apartment (huge building still under construction). I had tough time going to this under construction apartments and then call the Expedia mentioned phone number and use Uber to visit their office (after spending 1.5 hours of travel from airport). I had to spend 3 hours locating and trying to locate their office (there are two offices based on north or south side apartments) and sign up (the staff there is also clueless and not clear on the providing clear instructions to follow for people arriving into London from other countries) and collect the keys for the apartment located in White chapel area (good location) The apartment I was assigned is well furnished and good and has all kitchen items, dishwasher, washer/dryer. But the negatives is they give towels, toiler paper for one day only, rest is on us to buy and use for the next few days if you plan to stay for few days.

The apartment was in a great location to visit the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge. We had no Wi-Fi the first day. Once we advised them, it was fixed right away. We had difficulties getting the bedroom window shut. The main shower head had no pressure and little water came out of it, but the hand held one worked well. Very close to a tube station.

They dont give the exact address of the place because it is in a slum area, the exact address is in Aldgate Rd, we were driving around to find the address but we couldnt find it till we kept asking the customer service of the place, only then they gave the exact address which wasnt safe and in a slum area.

BEWARE! You may not be booking an apartment in the Tower Bridge Superior Apartments!
I reserved a 2 bedroom apartment in the Tower Bridge Superior Apartments. When I checked-in, I was informed that our apartment was not in the Tower Bridge Superior Apartments but instead at Leyton House, which is 30 minutes away by public transport. The front desk staff informed me that London Bridge ABC Properties uses the Tower Bridge Superior Apartments as their default listing on Homeaway.com but reserves apartments at their other properties based on availability. This is false advertisement and a horrible practice because I specifically booked the apartment for their location. Very disappointing!

Horrible. Traveled from the US for a 3day stay. Arrived at the office for a 1500 check in. Upon checking in the lady at the desk informed us that the apartment had not been cleaned yet but that the cleaners would be soon arriving. Got to the apartment about 30 mins later and the place was trashed from the previous occupants. Waited around for an hour and a half and still no cleaner showed up. Ended up going back to the place, turned in the key and asked for a reimbursement (which I still have not received).

The flat was owned by a company and apparently they have several more properties in London. We booked online and was happy to select the one which was shown on the confirmation, however in reality they allocated us entirely different flat at different location and with very poor condition. Microwave not working No cutlery Broken toilet seat Poor cleaning Worst thing was that on the second night the electricity of the flat was gone and it appears to have an issue with the wiring. We were without any electricity for hours and upon many complaints and spending hours on calls they relocated us into the different flat.

Pleasant apartment close to Tower Bridge
Because I had read reviews about these apartments we tried to cancel, my family were arriving from Australia with a baby and I didn’t want them having to walk distances to get the keys. In the event I was glad we didn’t cancel as we had a south apartment, third floor with a lift, and I was allowed to get the key before they got there, and get shopping etc. The cot was delivered promptly, there were 2 bedrooms and 2 showers plus a nice kitchen diner sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, it was hot but there were plenty of fans. All the windows and balcony doors opened. Easy access to London Bridge and Borough Market. Would stay again

The apartment wasn’t close to tower bridge as the description suggested however we liked the area and found buses, tubes and restaurants near by. Overall we preferred the apartment to a hotel stay.

Room was fine, but the service when I collected the keys was dire. At first I was allowed the room because I'd forgotten to take any photographic I.D. Once we'd sorted that, they gave me the key to the wrong apartment. They sent someone from the office with the correct key, who showed up 30 minutes later. My family were left waiting around with their cases outside. Total fiasco. Do not book this place

Check in was at a different location which was 15 mins walk from the apartment. Not ideal for a family with 3 children and luggage . Also the sofa in the apartment was not comfortable as it was old, tacky and broken at the bottom base. Finally, the sink in the on suite was blocked so once used, you had to wait 30 mins for the water to drain. Expect better for the money we paid

Modern apartment
Our apartment was at 9 Rothsay Street near London Bridge Road with lots of restaurants and two small grocery stores nearby. It was very private with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. The rooms were a little dark at night especially the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. A small combo washer/dryer is in the kitchen for washing clothes. The staff was fast to respond to our needs since someone came out the next day to fix a few issues we had upon checking in. Although it is not centrally located, this flat is perfect for a long stay in London.

Tower Bridge Superior Apartments is NOT advertised when you look at the expedia pictures. (They look really nice), but DO NOT think this is where your staying. I booked what I thought was a luxury apartment for 3 adults & 2 children, but when we arrived to pick up the keys we were sent to a location that was NOT anywhere near Tower Bridge Rd. The apartment was about a 20 minute walk from the office where we picked up the keys, so having all our luggage to drag around the streets of London was an absolute nightmare. The agency will charge you a further £150 deposit before you get the keys & directions. The condition of the apartment was disgusting, Ant powder was everywhere, mouse traps, & our kitchen was riddled with cockroaches. No proper ventilation, extremely uncomfortable & having 2 children the bug problem was pathetic. The sofa bed was satined & smelt horrible, not to mention the pillows were in the same condition. I would read carefully before you book as the photos are not anything like what they look like in real life. It seems to me that what they are advertising is false as we found out first hand. I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone, given the condition, as you are lead to believe.

I had a two bedroom apartment near Tower Bridge. The check-in area is about a 20 minute walk from this apartment. I think I lucked out with the location of my apartment, other reviews have indicated their apartments that were in less desirable neighborhoods. When I checked in they took my credit card info and told me that they would have to keep it on file for $150 pound security deposit which they would not charge unless there was damage or a noise complaint. Regardless they charge my security deposit immediately and I had to call after my trip in order to get refunded. I probably would not take a chance like this again when booking an apt.

Beware! - Didn't Exist!
This is not a real place. There is no actual address for this building and the owner never responded to my nor HomeAway's contact request. After 4 hours of lugging my bags around London; on the hottest day in 10 years, I finally found the Tower Bridge Apartments who informed me they stopped using HomeAway over a year ago and had no record of my reservation. Sat on hold with HomeAway for 40 more minutes before hanging up and booking a hotel down the street. Very upsetting situation to deal with after a 12 hour flight!

The apartment was a little worn. We requested some fans because there was no AC . They did bring some fans I also asked for more towels but received no response so we just kept washing the ones we had. No dishwasher. We were in bldg at 15 Adler it faced a park. The park was very noisy very late at night and there was some homeless activity. There was a large light that lite up the apartment at night. The window coverings were not sufficient to block the light they were also filthy. I have attached photos. It was close to a tube station!

Very unhappy
We had to change locations due to loud street/construction trucks. Windows have to open for fresh air and misquote's come in. Second location was very visually appealing but after being there one evening discovered kitchen was crawling with roaches!!! Not 10 not 20 but 100+. Washing machine broke with out clothes in it. It remained broken. We ended our stay 3 days early and paid for a hotel. Very unhappy.

Misleading Ad - You don't get what you book
The advertisement is very misleading. You book an apartment, with beautiful pictures and views on Hotels.com, but you get whatever property the management company decides. I requested a flat that either had an elevator in the building or was handicap accessible. I was to be 5 min from town. I received an apt with bedrooms downstairs (no elevator), extremely dirty furniture, floors, ants, broken toilet seat, no hot water, bed linens where disgusting, like they haven't been cleaned since the prior renter. We were very unhappy. The management company was incredibly rude when we brought issues to them. They sent someone to clean and address our issues the 2nd day we were in town, but all they did was make the beds with the same dirty linens we called about in the first place. Floors were so filthy, we didn't walk on them without shoes. We wanted a child friendly place and it ended up being a party area, with drug paraphernalia right outside out front door.

Roomy, clean, modern, close to the underground.
The rooms were large and the apartment was clean. There were plenty of towels and pillows. The kitchen/living room was nice and stocked with all the necessary appliances. The rooms had modern furniture, and were clean and neat. The apartment was a brief and easy 5 minute walk to the Tower of London and the tube station that accessed all of London. Check in was easy, and although the office is a few blocks away, the only time we had to make the walk was when we first checked in. Check out was simple and VERY easy. There are several grocery stores within a ten to fifteen minute walk, and there are LOTS of pubs in the area to eat at as well as a few coffee shops to enjoy first thing in morning. The reviews are mixed, but we would DEFINITELY stay here again. If you're able to walk (and you had better be if you're going to last in London more than twenty minutes) this apartment is the perfect option.

Spacious clean apartment in a great location
I had booked this place on Expedia, but read the reviews only after booking it. Was so concerned and worried about what I had done. I called them immediately and spoke with Danilo. He was extremely patient, friendly and listened to my requirement and told me he will ensure he places me in an unit based on my needs and preference. When I checked in, encountered another friendly person Gianni. He mentioned my apt was ready early as they made a note that I was traveling alone with kids. I was very very surprised to walk into a modern, well lit, spacious clean 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a view of the Shard! It was so close to shopping and tube. Very conveniently located and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. During check out, ended up meeting both these 2 friendly gentlemen. They helped keep my bags, get a cab. The next time I visit London, I will absolutely stay here again. The only thing which I wish I had a little leadway was flexibility with time. I had to leave sharp at the given time and wifi was cut off 15min before check out.

North Bank (Aldgate East neighborhood)
I had a wonderful experience when I used this company in the past and stayed on the south bank. But, my north bank experience was completely different. Our group rented three apartments near the Algate East tube station. Two of the apartments were right on a park where people drank alcohol (and possibly did drugs) all night long every night. If that didn't keep our group awake at night, the constant sirens certainly would have. I actually witnessed a guy chasing two other guys with a knife one block from the apartments. I'm sure that was unusual, but it certainly confirmed our feeling that the neighborhood wasn't particularly safe. The apartments themselves were fine, a little older, but serviceable. The neighborhood is diverse and full of small ethnic restaurants and shops, which is appealing. But, I won't ever stay in that neighborhood again.

The whole stay was great. Our only disappointment was the name of the apartments wad very misleading. With a name Tower Bridge you would have thought the apartments were in the vacuity of Tower Bridge itself. 3 taxi drivers failed to find the apartments which cost us a total of £50 in charges driving around the city!!!. When we finally arrived at the place there was a totally different name on the apartments????

Good location once you find your feet
Arrived for a late check in with pleasant staff member. I did not know final destination until check in. The apartment wasn't too far to walk but with exhausted children and some luggage, was a bit tricky. Despite some obvious "party damage" from previous careless occupants, the place was clean and welcoming. Has hoped for more in the way of tea and coffee (and milk) for our first night in, but had to purchase those ourselves. The apartment itself was positioned in a clean working class neighbourhood and opposite a fast food chain and handy petrol station. Also close to Shadwell Overground and DLR which serves well for getting into the heart of London quickly. The double-glazing was miraculous! I forgot we were at the edge of a busy road until I opened the balcony door for a look. Check out was easy and based on trust (and them having my credit card details). Children enjoyed it as a home from home.
