Location was what we wanted, it was a apartment which was nice as we had lots of room. Beds were very old, uncomfortable and noticed major amount of brown stains on my mattress. The owners need to do some repairs as the floor in rotten in kitchen and shower nozzle is barely hanging on the wall.

The check in process was complicated and frustrating. We turned up and followed instructions. The key was not in the box where they said it was. After a lengthy phone call, it was determined someone would give us the key who was inside the property. Turns out, it was a painter who was painting the apartment so we had to wait until he was finished. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and I subsequently cut my foot on a sharp edge. The listing stated there were 2 beds, one of which was a pull out couch in the main living area. OK, except that the sink tap dripped constantly making it hard to sleep. There was an iron but no ironing board. The front door was flimsy and we could hear every single noise coming from the stairs and adjoining apartments. There was also no air conditioning. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all. The staff on the phone ignored me after I asked for a discount due to the apartment not being available at the time (because of painting). They kept me on hold. I hung up and called back but my call was never answered.

Avoid at all costs. The unit was not fit to inhabit and was a health hazard. Upon arrival, the unit did not look like the description at all. Flies and dead bugs, pigeon feathers on the bed, no screens on the windows, the thermostat was about to fall off, no garden view, the front of the property was dirty with garbage, live bugs holes and stains on the wall In essence, the unit was not sanitary and not safe.

I booked on a day when hotel rooms were barely available. This was posted as just over a mile from airport. It maybe that as a crow flies but it cost me £25 to get there and £18 to return to the airport. I was exhausted and assumed check in would be easy. The map did not even show the right location. I had residents come out to ask me what I was doing and when I said I’d booked a room they looked incredulous at me. I E mailed and phoned and had to send an ID via E mail and then a £200 deposit. It took an hour to complete all these transactions and finally I was given the house number. It was not the most pleasing of entrances. Rubble and bins made for untidy looking entrance area. The key was in a lock box and my room was on top floor. I would say the place was functional but the bed was comfortable. I couldn’t believe there was no tea or any of the usual hotel extras that tide you till you get to a shop. There was no shop near. No guide book on how to find one. It was so disappointing and I was so tired I slept and left early next morning and back to the airport. It was inhospitable and lacked warmth or appeal. The lack of clear information was a real frustration and not having an address from the outset was poor

Very rough
The apartments are in a poor state. Ours had problems with the door handles, the floor in the kitchen was collapsing and the walls were beaten to hell.

I stayed at hatton apartments and was discusted bed bugs in the bed and was basially eaten over night and all i want offered was 10% off my jext stay,disapointed to say the least

this property has bed bugs, I complained to them, and they are nothing but rude. They took it lightly and said nothing was to be done. I asked for a official report to say test have been carried out, but since then have failed to respond to anything.

There is no air conditioner. It is super hot. When you open the window, all the flies come in.
