As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8.4 GBP per night,

* A refundable 500 GBP Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.

As you step inside, you'll find a bright and cozy lounge area featuring a large L-shaped sofa and an additional couch — ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The main living area also includes a dining table with seating for six, perfect for shared meals and game nights. Just off the lounge, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook at home, including a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and a second dining table with seating for four.



On the ground floor, there’s a comfortable room with a double bed and a compact yet convenient toilet and shower room — ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. One level up, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, each with a unique layout to accommodate varying group sizes. One room features a double bed, another offers four single beds, a third is exceptionally spacious with two double beds, and the fourth combines a double bed and a bunk bed, making it perfect for families. This floor also includes a separate toilet and a full family bathroom.



The top floor features a bright and airy loft-style suite with two double beds and a private en-suite toilet and shower.



Please note: the staircase to this upper floor is steep and may not be suitable for elderly guests or young children.
