Wonderful for Easter week
We took our daughter and grand-daughter to London for Easter week and had a wonderful time. The flat was perfect for our needs, only a short walk to the South Kensington station and lots of good dining places. Gabriele could not have been more helpful, with easy checkin, lots of constructive advice and timely help. Will definitely stay there again.

Outstanding experience in London
We stayed for 4 nights on Spring Break- 2 adults and 2 kids 12 and 16 at this apartment in South Kensington. As soon as I booked it Gabriele was amazing reaching out sending a you tube video of property and great communicating when we checked in. We were visiting from the US- used What’s app no problem. Enjoyed the nespresso coffee daily and loved the two bathrooms and space. There was luggage storage since we got there early. The location is near the metro so easy to get anywhere. We also took metro from Heathrow to the apartment no problem. Appreciated the binder with information on restaurants and the museum member cards to skip lines.Will definitely stay there again.

Location is GREAT, right by the tube. Apt was spacious and had up-to-date bathrooms. Owner is very easy to work with and extremely cooperative. Only drawback: no closets or wardrobes to hang clothes. Otherwise, would book again in a heartbeat.

Amazing! Location, Location, Location!
Gabriele's flat was the perfect place to stay in London for me, my husband and 2 daughters (in 20's). Very spacious with all the amenities you could ask for! Gabriele was super responsive to any inquiries and provided great details on how to find & access the flat. The flat is in a perfect location - very close to South Kensington station where you can go anywhere in London (and one train ride to/from Heathrow). The museums are a 5 minute walk from the flat and Harrod's, Hyde Park & Kensington palace are a short walk. Overall we had an amazing time in London and Gabriele's flat was the perfect place to experience it from. Highly recommend!

Amazing Rental Home in London
We came for the marathon, and the unit was absolutely perfect! The owner and his friends who were in charge of the unit were absolutely amazing and accommodating. We were in a neighborhood that provided everything that we needed plus access to the tube.

My daughter and I had a fabulous holiday in London. The accommodations were excellent, with easy access to shops, museums, tube and train stations. Breakfast was provided for us, with coffees and teas and milk. Passes to the museums helped us skip the lines. Communication with the owners was excellent! We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location
This flat is in a great location with the South Kensington Tube station a very short walk away. The neighborhood is pretty and close to the museums and a short walk to Herrods as well. Communication was great with the owners and we had a lovely time in London. The welcome basket of eggs, butter, bread and jam was very much appreciated as well.

Location, location, location
This flat is located a very short walk from the South Kensington tube station is a wonderful place from which to explore London. A very short walk to lots of shops and restaurants, the Albert and Victoria museum and the Natural History Museum are literally a 5 minute walk. Harrods is about a 20 minute walk. With Piccadilly, Circle and District lines all at the tube stop you can be anywhere in London in no time at all. Our hosts were terrific at answering question, giving guidance and making restaurant recommendations. The flat is very comfortable and well appointed. We could tell that the hosts take great pride in (and care of) the flat. Meeting their checkin person at the flat was very helpful, including storing luggage as we arrived from the US before the 2:00 PM checkin time. All in all, a wonderful place to stay in London. I highly recommend it.

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights at this great apartment. The owners were very nice and met us at the apartment in the morning to give us a quick rundown of everything. The apartment is in an amazing location - literally just steps from the Natural History Museum and just a few steps in the other direction for the subway and tons of shops and restaurants. Harrods was also very close. The beds were super comfortable for us and having the extra bathroom was also a big plus. We would definitely stay again when we come to London.

Perfect Spot in London

Wonderful vacation flat
We had a wonderful experience at this flat. What a fantastic location! Stayed with my husband and our three children, so the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen were key. We went on to 10 days in Ireland from there, so having a washer/dryer at the end of our London portion was so helpful. The owners were very communicative and helpful with check-in, a suggestion book, even some basic groceries upon arrival! Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Gabrielle’s flat last week (11/20-29/2021) Not only was he helpful online with suggestions when I booked , he and his associate made sure we had milk , bread , coffee , jam and eggs at check in - gratis . They both checked on us during our stay to make sure all was satisfactory . Amazing degree of customer service . The flat itself is modern with a European king bed in one room and a double in the second bedroom . The baths were very modern and sleek . Everything was really clean . The kitchen is small , modern and easy to use . Great attention to detail with tools and there is even a combo washer/dryer . The location of the flat is ideal - next to the tube, Hyde park and museums . The central and safe location made our travels seamless . We are grateful to have had such a fabulous vacation in London during these uncertain times. I travel a lot overseas and in the US . I have rented many homes and I highly recommend this apartment .

Amazing Location and Host Communication
My sister and I spent five nights at this wonderful flat. I can’t think of a better location in London, literally a half block from the Natural History Museum and a block and a half from both the Victoria & Albert Museum and the South Kensington Tube station. It’s also in a great location for catching buses. The owner, Gabriele, checked in by email several times before our departure, and his friend Marc met us at the flat as planned and was very helpful. Gabriele called from Italy to make sure we were settled in at the flat. There were coffee, eggs, bread, preserves and butter on hand for us. The bathrooms seem to be newly refurbished, and we loved the flat’s heated floors. Worth a special mention is how very comfortable the beds were. I highly recommend the flat and hope to stay there again.

We were very comfortable in this wonderful place. We could spread out and we each had our own bathroom. Fully furnished, very comfortable beds and furniture. Full kitchen with everything we needed and more. The location is fabulous!

Wow, Amazing spot in a great neighborhood
Great location, clean, roomy, beautifully decorated, this apartment had everything we needed for our quick 2 day stay in London on our way home from the countryside. Very close to the underground stop and multiple museums, including my favorite, The Victoria and Albert. I will definitely stay here again if it is available when I am in London next.

It’s located in one of the nicer areas of London called Knightsbridge.
The flat is spacious, very clean (which is so very important to us), and 2 bathrooms (1 shower but that’s okay) and it has all the amenities that we needed (gas stove, washer and dryer etc) and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Plus it’s 1 minute to South Kensington Station! It’s really a great place! The owners are extremely helpful and attentive too. Also- it’s in walking distance of Hyde Park and the Prince Albert /Victoria Museum.

Fantastic central London appartment
We had a brilliant stay here in Aug2018 with our two children (8, 5) for a 3 day short break in London. The location in the heart of South Ken (100m from the tube, opposite the Natural History museum) couldn't be better. The garden flat is perfect, with everything you need, and then some. Gabriele is an incredibly kind and thoughtful VRBO host, which did make a big difference and help for us. As an example, we landed at Heathrow at 10pm after a long flight, so it was about 11:30pm when we got to the flat. And we had a kitchen stocked with immediate breakfast provisions so that we didn't have to rush out first thing in the morning. We're super happy to have stayed here, and hope to be able to do so again.

Beautiful place in an excellent location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this flat. The pictures and description accurately portray how nice and comfortable the space is. The proximity to the tube made it very easy to get around London quickly and efficiently. Gabriele was responsive and helpful from the beginning, answering questions and offering useful information to make our stay enjoyable. Upon our arrival we were struck by the beauty of the area and how close we were to historical sites and attractions. We spent the first day in South Kensington walking the area and stopping in the many shops and cafes. In the following days the flat served as our base as we used the tube to explore other major attractions around London. I would confidently recommend this flat to any friends or family traveling to London in the future. I look forward to booking this same place the next time we visit as well. Lovely and safe neighborhood with easy tube access!
This apartment is in a great location with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The tube is accessible within one block as well. Hyde Park is about 1/3 mile away and such a great way to fit in some exercise. The apartment was an adequate size for the four of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The owners of the apartment are super friendly and checked in on us several times via email or text. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again if we come back to London.

Wonderfully Located
We stayed almost a week in this flat in June. The location was perfect as it was a very short walk to the Picadilly line. It was also right across the street from the Natural History Musem and V&A Museum. We spent several evenings at the theater and it was only a couple of stops a way from there. Very convenient. The area also has restaurants, bakeries, etc as well. Several are open late. The apartment was clean and well stocked with dishes. It was amazingly quiet with the windows shut. We kept them open all night to cool it down (very hot when we were there) and the street noise was still minimal. We had a little trouble with the washer/dryer as it's all one unit. I think that was our issue as we're not used to that type of set-up in the US. We had to line dry everything that was laundered. Also, while there is lots of room to put clothing into drawers, anything hung needed to be put on the coat rack near the front door. Adding hanging space in each bedroom would be ideal. Gabriele was easy to contact as was the local contact if needed. I would definitely stay in this flat again due to its prime location, owners, and the flat itself.

Great Location-Everything you need
We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in London. The location was amazing - just steps from the tube, restaurants, gelato/ice cream and convenience stores. Everything you need is there - comfortable beds, linens, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and TV. It was nice to come back to the quieter neighborhood after sightseeing in the busier parts of London. Gabriele provided us with all instructions and advice on sights and things nearby! He was helpful and responded to any questions quickly!!! I hope we get the opportunity to stay in London again and we will definitely stay here!!!

This a great location. Right across the street from the V&A and Natural History Museum and, Harrods is only a few blocks away. Tons of restaurants close by too. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. I plan to stay here again.

This flat is just as it looks in the pictures, very comfortable, roomy and clean. Gabriele was so attentive and wonderful to work with. There is a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen which was great to have! Tube, restaurants and museums so close. This was our first VRBO abroad experience and it was great!

We LOVED this apartment!
Fabulous location and a host that communicated so well with us, made this a fabulous stay. We were traveling with two kids and it was the perfect location and space for us to feel very comfortable. So many things to do and eat within walking distance and the tube was so close to get to other parts of the city. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable too. Providing storage for luggage was an awesome bonus.

Just lovely... our new home from home!
What an absolutely perfect spot. Our hosts were accommodating from the outset, allowing our daughter (spending her semester in London) to get the keys and a small tour before my father and I arrived. They answered all our questions more than promptly. The flat was stocked with all we could have wanted for cooking, as well as a bit of food and - of course - a number of different teas and coffees. So nice not to have to run out as soon as we landed! V&A and Natural History are literally around the corner, and the South Kensington tube station is less then a 5 minute walk. VERY comfy beds, plenty of hot water... I can't think of a single thing that's missed. Molto grazie for allowing us to stay in your home!!! -Margaret

Great location, very responsive host
We really enjoyed our stay at this London flat. The location was excellent (right by Natural History Museum and South Kensington tube station). There also were lots of restaurants right by the tube entrances. There is a Tesco Express about 3 blocks away. Mr. Gabriele was extremely responsive to all of my email questions, answering fully and quickly, even to minor questions about where items were located in the apartment. The flat is well stocked with plates, utensils, etc. We didn’t use the Nespresso machine but if you were a coffee drinker, it would be nice. We used the tea kettle and picked up the decadent hot chocolate at nearby bakery PAUL (47 Thurloe St, Kensington, London SW7 2LQ). It wasn’t until our last visit that we learned you could add a croissant for 25 pence as a breakfast deal. Also whipped (Chantilly) cream to makes the cocoa even more delicious. The half bath is in the second bedroom. The main bathroom has an opaque sliding door. Neither locks which is fine for family but might be an issue for others. The shower head is high up (somewhat unusual in Europe). The shower stall is rectangular with a shampoo rack; it would be tight for a big person. Maybe 24” deep? I am tiny and definitely stood sideways. The flat had 2 hairdryers but UK bathrooms don’t have plugs. I just used in the living room by the big mirror. We definitely will try to stay here again whenever we return to London.

The location could not have been better for us; also near our son, his wife and our grandson's home.
This was the London second home of our Venetian hosts who also had family in London. Thus, it was very comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. The location is tremendous — there're so many things to do within walking distance, and it's incredibly easy to get to the Underground for things that are not. We 3 (a couple and a single) from Canada could not be more pleased with our stay at #19 Cromwell. Flat was generously supplied with all amenities from dishes and towels to coffee. A great flat in a great location
My wife and I spent four days in this flat with our two teenaged daughters. You could not ask for an easier place to find, a better place to stay, and nicer hosts. Surrounded by excellent restaurants (with good price range) and museums, it is just a block from several key underground lines. We highly recommend it. We hope to return!

Great location and easy in and out from Heathrow
I just got back from a seven day stay at this great place. I have never been to London before, so was really concerned that we have a place that worked as a central place from which to see things but also offered great options as a home base. This place is it. Gabriele is a great host, checking in with us and answering any questions we had. There was a nice man who met us as we arrived from the underground from Heathrow (also super easy direct ride on the Piccadilly line. Get the oster card at the airport and you are on your way.) The flat is literally two minutes away from the underground stop, which is really really nice. I loved Kensington and the whole surrounding area. There are great places to eat/drink within minutes. Hyde Park with Kensington Palace and the Princess Diana Memorial is maybe a ten minute walk from the flat. The Museum of Natural History and the Victoria and Albert Museum are less than a five minute walk. Outstanding. The flat has two very nice sized bedrooms, with nice linens and towels. One bedroom has an adjoining bath with a sink and toilet and there is also a freestanding bathroom with shower. Everything was very comfortable, clean and we had all that we needed. They even provide a nespresso machine which was a problem for me since I developed a little addiction to it while we were there and now have bought my own once I returned home. The flat is down a small flight of stairs, which presented no difficulty for us but is something others might want to be aware of. Nice apartment in phenomenal location
We stayed here with our two kids, and loved it. The location is great. Dozens of restaurants in walking distance, across the street from three world-class museums (natural history, science, and A&V), and easy access to the entire city by three separate lines at the South Kensington station. We were initially hesitant about staying at a basement apartment, but the lighting was good and the street noise was not too much of a bother since the street is not too busy. The host, Gabriele, is also very responsive, and makes sure that you have everything you need for an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.
