The decor was quite basic. There was a carpark (advertised on Expedia as free,but was charged £15). It was difficult to use and we were given no advance notice how to gain access. My reservation seemed to baffle them at first. The room was spacious, with large bed, very large TV, and the bathroom had modern quite classy fittings. Unfortunately, there were no tea/coffee making facilities, no cips, glasses or any receptacle for a drink - and no towels. A very mixed experience. Lots of good points, but some not so good.

L'albergo non è male e anche se molto distante dal centro è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici (comunque costosi). La camera presentava alcune inefficienze (box doccia che rischiava di caderti addosso e presa del bagno non funzionante) ma è sicuramente pulita. Stranamente i letti avevano solo il lenzuolo di sotto, ma non quello di sopra. Colazione discreta, ma sicuramente migliorabile, e wi-fi ottimo. Zona un tantino poco rassicurante la sera. Non hai la sensazione di camminare tranquillo. Nel complesso migliorabile ma potrei tornarci considerando i prezzi decisamente buoni.

friendly hotel/ příjemný hotel

Nice and friendly hotel with lift, reception open till midnight. Cca 10 mins walk from Tube, bus station is near. Friendly staff. Room was without barriers, big double bed and two singles, TV, wifi, own bathroom (would deserve to fix it) but we were satisfied. Room was cleand every day. Breakfast is in the pub - coffee, tea, juice, milk, cornflakes, ham, cheese, fruit yogurts, egs, sausages, beans, toasts....I missed white yogurt or bacon but the breakfast was sufficient. Pěkný a příjemný hotel s výtahem, recepce otevřena do půlnoci. 10 min pěšky od metra, zastávka autobusu je blízko. Příjemný personál. Pokoj byl bezbariérový, velké dvoulůžko a dvě jednolůžka, Tv a wifi na pokoji. Vlastní koupelna, která by si zasloužila opravit ale byli jsme spokojeni. Snídaně je v hotelovém baru - káva, čaj, mléko, džus, cornflaky, salám, sýr, ovocné jogurty, vajíčka, párky, fazole, toasty - chyběl mi bílý jogurt a slanina ale snídaně byla dostatečná.

Can not recommend

The Hotel is located on far east of London. From Gatwick it is 80 minutes away. City center is about 40 minutes. Closest Underground is 10 minute walk. Not a clean area. Hotel looks like renewed. The staff is friendly, breakfast is ok. For me was a busy two days. I did not spend time in the room. Just sleep and shower. However after my second night I found some bites on my naked arms. Possibly bed bugs :(

Ja man får hvad man betaler for, men kan ikke sige noget positiv om dette hotel, da jeg lider af cøliaki og ringer end da til hotel hjemme fra,for at sikker mig at jeg kan få glutenfri morgenmad og ja lød svaret, da vi ankommer er der ingen glutenfri morgen, men jeg var velkommen til og selv hente noget. Men ud iver det så er det ikke et sted jeg vil anbefalede til nogen

They must upgrade heating/cooling system

One room controls heat for floor, if they put it on heat to avoid very cold nights, our room got to 28 degrees. Bed not comfortable and room smelled very moldy, we had to buy febreeze. On plus side, staff very nice, good breakfast, fair price. Overall, would never stay there again.

I liked the location to transportation. I didn't like the neighborhood. It was noisy and rowdy at night. There was a vagrant hanging outside making noise & police had to be called to remove him. The facilities was just adequate and the free breakfast was just barely adequate. I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Good place to stay

Nice place to stay if you plan to visit Hindu Temples , traveling via UG station. Lot of south Indian shops close by. Could be nice to reduce bar music during Friday and Saturday night in the bar.

Indisches Viertel, bis spät in der nacht laut.

Personal war nett und bemüht aber alles andere nicht empfehlenswert. Vor allem Sauberkeit lässt viel zu wünschen übrig. Unten befindet sich eine marode Kneipe, die bis spät Abend sehr laut ist und drum herum stehen immer weniger vertrauenswürdige Typen, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Frühstücksbüffet war eigentlich OK nur zu wenig Abwechslung und da kommt die fehlende Sauberkeit wieder ins Spiel, nämlich die Kneipe von Abend wurde zu Frühstücksbuffet umfunktioniert, leider die Tische wurden mangelhaft gesäubert. Man kann etwas Bettwäsche und Tücher loben, leider die Matratzen die darunter waren hatten ekelhaften Flecken. Die Bilder die man auf Website vom Hotel findet sind sehr gut gemacht und machen einen guten Eindruck leider, wenn man vor Ort ist kommt schnell die Ernüchterung.

One night concert stay

One night trip for two to see Iron Maiden at the O2,amazing that this was the famous pub connected too this band and displayed items to show this in the bar/restaurant at the front of the hotel. Check in at hotel excellent,polite and efficient,building and room very good and modern,good size room and private bathroom,excellent offers in the restaurant ,free drink with food at very reasonable prices and the burgers we had were the best quality as was the breakfast in the morning-hot/cold buffet that was lovely and well organised in the restaurant that had been well cleaned from the evening before. Bad points not the nicest of areas,found some hairs in room and our two single beds had poor mattresses and only one flat pillow each. Good points 0.4 miles from West Ham station,nice modern hotel and room,polite helpful staff,good wi fi,very good food offers ,good choice of beer at very reasonable prices and two pool tables-out is 5 for a budget hotel I would happy to give 4 and would happily stay here again if the prices were right-pity the beds weren’t more comfy.

Hotel itself was pleasant enough though would not recommend young women to stay alone, or with other female company due to the suburb that the hotel is situated in. My friend and I were concerned for our safety at all times of the day. Let alone at night. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of selection. Room is air conditioned. Rooms are small. But overall good for the price. Hotel staff were pleasant.
