Very nice, safe, and clean hotel with very helpful staff. Comfortable room. Excellent location; safe neighborhood, walking distance to the metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and shops. Short metro rides to anywhere in the city.
Great location, beds so comfortable, friendly staff, breakfast was great!

Pro: Hotel has a very good location in central London, walking distance to Kensington Park.
Helpful and friendly staff, decent breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant.
Contra: hotel needs renovation and more thorough cleaning (particularly flow carpet).
The staff are amazing and very hard working. The hotel is in a great location and the food was amazing. I had breakfast two days the full English was great as was the more healthy option on day two.
We were given the wrong room…it was changed no questions asked (except by us and given a bizarre explanation) …. The new room had a thermostat that didn’t work and took 2 trips downstairs before it got fixed…. The way the hotel is situated it’s a long way)
We had to ask for another hand towel (I can’t understand why when there are 2 people in the room they don’t each get towels)
The staff was excellent ..,,food was good…but because of half the hotel being across the street its quite onerous to get back and forth to reception…. I don’t think I would choose this hotel again….
The hotel itself is in an ideal location. 4 minute walk to the tube and plenty of restaurant options around.
However, we reserved 2 family rooms in our booking. We were placed on opposite sides of the hotel and I was told that you need to request rooms be near each other. Oh sorry, I thought having them in the same booking was obvious enough.
The rooms are VERY small. For being a family room, there is barely enough room to walk around or even put our suitcases.
The rooms do not come with a phone (you must go to the front desk for any request) and the room also does not have a mini fridge and no ice machines on the property either.

I have stayed in several Premier Inn about 15 years ago. What struck me then was how clean, modern and spacious the rooms were (for being in London). That was obviously a long time ago as none of that is applicable here. The facility is old and run down. Bathroom smells of mold and room is very bare bones. The location is good and if you get a room over the walkway, through a winding maze of corridors and two elevators, it is surprisingly quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful and shower has good water pressure. But we will not stay again for this price.
Our stay was wonderful. Clean room, friendly staff and great breakfast. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. Luckily only had rude neighbors one night. Highly recommend this budget hotel!

First, the staff were very kind to me and my family. The room was comfortable, spacious and warm. The location was awesome! It’s very close to earls court station, which has 3 lines to follow, so, very central.
