"Stayed here for overnight transit between terminal 5 and terminal 2 and to have a great hotel like this so close to terminal 2 a huge bonus. Staff friendly and check in so easy, check out even easier. Room was also spot on. Only one negative in that using my debit card on the courtesy bus to terminal 2 my card was bebited twice for one single journey a fact that I didn't notice till checking my bank after arrival at my destination. Minor issue maybe but still something to be wary of."

"Great check-in process for two of us with limited vision. Showed us our room and gave us directions to Big Bus stop, Paddington Station and nearby restaurants. Very close to Paddington Station while being near area restaurants."
