Easily accessible to A12, A13, A406, M25. Near Newbury Park Station( Central line) and the Elizabeth line in Chadwelheath and Goodmayes stations. Excellent bus networks and Uber/ Uber eats services. Fully refurbished approximately 12 months ago. Very ideal for workmen needing fanced and gated parking space.
