Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Avoid this place at all costs. The property manager 360 stays is an absolute scam and a nightmare to deal with. Their communication was horrible and caused me a huge amount of stress coming to London. The unit I got was completely different unit them the one in the pictures that I booked. It was filthy dirty, smelled of black mold and the surrounding area was super sketchy and some of the windows didn't lock properly and had no key for the deadbolt which was a huge concern being that it was ground floor. There were broken tiles on the floor that were very dangerous. Trying to deal with them and raise these issues just wasted more tikemamd fell on deaf ears, litterally the worst customer service I've ever gotten for anything ever.
