This hotel was a perfect location near Oxford St. Tube stations, restaurants and shopping only a short walk. Staff was sooooo helpful. Nice size bathroom also. Great rate and perfect location make this a place I will stay again when in London.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. We were on the 5th floor in a building with no lift. For people with access needs that could be a problem, but the location was fabulous!

Convenient location and good price for central london. Facilities worn and dated but clean and safe door locks. Staff very friendly. Lovely pizza restaurant below. Great for a more affordable stay in the centre

we were not prepared for 3 flights of stairs, nor did we see information that we could request a lower floor room. The room was spacious, the bathroom was not. Overall a nice place.

One night only.
Arrived at hotel to climb a flight of stairs to get to the reception shoe box. Booked 2 roos, one was in the building next door, thank god we never had kids as there is no way they would be in a separate building. Room 20 up 3 more flights of stairs in around 30 degree heat in the hotel, room was stifling, no doubt to the windows and curtains shut along with the secondary glazing. Sweating profusely trying to get the air con unit on as quick as possible, this did cool the room but not the bathroom which was like a sauna, unless you wedged the door open. TV was useless, no signal on most channels. Friends room had no air con at all. Tea and coffee but no milk and the noise in the morning meant no chance of a lie in past 7am. It is central for the West end and as a one night stay its passable but not for me again.

Pleasant stay
Stayed in a huge family room with beds for 6 people. Room very clean. Very nice meal in Italian Restaurent with dusciunt for guests. Wiuld gave been nide to gave had an onsite breakfast.

I booked this hotel for myself and a work colleague. We had a training course very close by and the location of this hotel is spot on. 5 mins from Bond Street station and just off Oxford street, perfect! Tbf we expected worst. Yes the building is old, outdated and shabby but the rooms are clean enough, the bed linen clean and fresh and the bathroom adequate. For the price of this hotel, in central London, it’s all we expected. There was brand new aircon in our top floor room which was very welcomed in the heat. Tv didn’t work but we were literally sleeping there so didn’t bother us. It is noisy at night but it’s CENTRAL LONDON so to be expected. Bring ear plugs! Didn’t get to eat in Restaraunt but very popular and smelt lovely. Reception staff were really helpful and the building felt safe. All in all a great stay for the very reasonable price. Would stay again.

Sadly, this place is not mermaid, nor suite, nor hotel. Expecting a suite for the three of us, we discovered instead a room comprised of five single beds, dorm-style, with not much room to walk between them. The building felt unsafe--if there had been a fire it would have been difficult to leave. It was hot, there was no air conditioning, and the windows only opened a couple of inches. The neighborhood was exceptionally loud both morning and night, so sleep was elusive. The best part I can mention is that the bedding was clean.

Thank you for staying with us, you booked a family room for 4, so we give you the biggest room for 5, not Dorm style, with a private shower and toilet, we are very sorry for giving you the bigger and more spacious room, the guest should have asked for a small room on check-in.

Booked this hotel based on loction for a couple of members of staff. The rooms were disgusting. Very unclean, marks on towels and bedding. Mould in the bathrooms and even dirt on the walls.

Newly installed Air conditioning, but not connected fully, we told the guest it will be connected soon, the room was booked with No air conditioning.

When returning to the hotel in the early hours after getting back from Wembley, we were locked out of the hotel in the street. Our card wouldn’t open the door and we had to try to get someone to let us in. Once we were finally buzzed in, the keys wouldn’t work for our door either. A man came out from reception IN HIS UNDERWEAR and kept telling us how to how to use the key and watching us try. You know because we are two stupid females that couldn’t put a key card in a slot. He kept saying don’t leave the card next to mobile phone making out it was our fault. . Ok…. It wouldn’t work for him either. He disappeared and came back with apparently new cards that also didn’t work and reluctantly let us in with his master key. Ridiculous.

Good position for Hyde Park concert. Very small room, which wasn't so much of a problem for one night after a concert. However two walls were disgustingly dirty, with various body secretions on them. The manager accepted it was totally unacceptable, but said I should have told him when we saw it at 11.30pm. Lesson learned. Will not use this hotel again.

Brilliant Little find
We booked this trip to be in a central located for GIG in Hyde Park. It was a stones throw away. Great located for Oxford Street Shopping/xmas shopping. Room & Beds really clean, Basic rooms with coffee & tea and a TV and hairdryer plus fan, which was just perfect for us and we our own on suite shower. Great for larger family units. A great snuck away hotel in a perfect location. (Road adjacent to the Disney store just out of Bond Street Underground). We will be definately using again for all our little get aways.
