- lots of walking/bike trails nearby.
- Close to the plaza and mall
- Close to the hospital and public transportation
- Smoke detector and large windows
- Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap
- Professionally cleaned and disinfected (fogging) specifically for you to ensure a safe stay.
- CCTV video surveillance pointing at the exterior of the apartment there are 3 cameras 1) front door, 2) driveways and 3) side of house. It is a safe neighborhood.
- Pet policy is strict (no pets allowed) the unit cannot accommodate animals.
- Hard drug use or belligerently drunk behaviour will not be tolerated.
- This unit is in an upscale residential neighbourhood, so we must respect
the neighbours.
- No smoking inside the unit.
- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
- No party, no gatherings (we have other tenants living in our basement unit).
- No drag or move furniture around.
