Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Terrible - host cancelled last minute!

Host cancelled about an hour before check in due to ‘electric issues’. Left stranded in London with my wife and 3 kids literally standing on the street with our suitcases trying to work out where to stay. Unfortunately vrbo wasn’t able to help other than processing a cancellation and offering a list of crazy expensive hotels for last minute booking. How terrible!
