Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Repeated noise disturbances may lead to a deposit deduction or cancellation of your stay.

We completely understand that small accidents happen! Please inform us immediately if anything breaks. Minor damages usually won’t be charged, but larger issues may result in partial or full deductions from the deposit.

This is a strictly smoke-free property, including the use of vaping devices. You may smoke outside, but please ensure all windows and doors are closed to prevent smoke from entering the flat. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit and additional cleaning fees.
