excellent value
great value apartment and booked very last minute due to a hospital admission. I was worried we wouldn't get check in details in time but they were very quick even on a Sunday. Definitely recommend.

Good apartment in a great location. Well equipt and comfortable for 5 adults for a 1 night stay. The check in process was disconcerting, with the apartment demanding a photograph of your credit card, ID and a picture of yourself at least 2 says before check in- I was a little concerned about the security of this and felt it was overkill. Apartment was fine, however there was a very strong smell when we checked in. It would also struggled to have fit 6 adults as the sofa bed was very small for a double.

Check-in is a hassle
The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location is great. However, one thing that drives me crazy is the check-in arrangement... I needed to make two phone calls on the road to make sure they had sent me the instruction email. I also had to make a selfie with my passport on the side and send them the image prior to my check-in. That makes me feel like a criminal suspect. They also required a photo of your credit card! Yes, not the number... the card! Seems like the check-in process is still a manual task. What a hassle!

A very clean and comfortable apartment close to amenities. Had a problem with boiler when we first arrived but very quickly was sorted. Customer service was extremely helpful in giving us a later checkout. Bed was very comfy and having your own individual heating thermostat in winter is a real plus rather than being on a building set timer/ temperature. Very impressed in the comfort. Was just for one night but so much nicer than staying in a hotel room.

Great value for money. Great location, 5 mins from Holborn tube. 2 bed apartment very spacious. Nice modern apartment. Lounge furniture a little tired is the only criticism.

Great spacious apartment in Holborn
The apartment was really clean and very spacious. Really nice living space and great facilities. Easy to check in and find and plenty of good restaurants, bars and attractions near by. Although its near a busy street and bar it was very quiet within the apartment. Would definitely stay here again

Bad management nice place
Bad management they have no reception office at the building and they won't give you the keys until you email them your ID and payment card and that took about an hour, all that time my family and I were waiting on the street that was a total mess, plus it was hard to find the place there was no clear sign to indicate where the building was, but to be fare the place was clean and really nice, but I won't stay here if I ever visited London again.

Day before we arrived we were moved to a different location due to overbooking at original one. Not as desirable location but was upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit. Overall experience was great.

At first we were supposed to have an apartment in holborn but there was a problem with the heater I think so they gave us an apartment at Leicester square, behind Trafalgar square. Really clean, perfect location.

Great location, service and homey feel
Holborn One was a very comfortable home away for home for us during the 2 weeks we stayed there on family vacation. We had some minor issues with the ensuite toilet leaking, but this was fixed quickly and professionally. Communicating with the management office was via email and worked well. The staff were responsive and very willing to help. It took a little getting used to the position behind the Police Station as there was some disturbance at night, but not much. This was a large apartment that was so much better than a hotel room. The WiFi was good and the full kitchen made it easy to prepare our own meals. The position of the apartment was ideal for our regular visits to both Covent Garden and the City. Being close to Holborn Station made getting to and from Heathrow very convenient as it is on the same line. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Looks good but beware
The room was nice looking online and presented nicely initially, but was not comfortable. The room was COOKING hot!! Because it was located next to a police station(sirens during the night) windows had to be closed. Also, one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 days and nights? They said this is "standard issue".

Nice place - if you get in and don't need to sleep
Loved the place, but great confusion about getting in. Our receipt had the wrong door code and we would have been high and dry without a bed if not for the pure luck of other guests arriving at the same time. This place is next door to a police station. One of their "customers" screamed at full-volume from 2:00 am until 5:00. Zero sleep. Otherwise nice place.

On the day of our arrival I got an email from the management company saying that our apartment was not available and I was offered an alternative in the Barbican area (3 subway stops from Holborn). This was less than ideal for our family, but we had little choice given that we were on route. The nearest subway was a 15-20 minutes walk. We choose the Holborn One apartment because it was centrally located for touring and shows, plus it had the sleeping configuration we wanted. The "backup" apartment was spacious, clean and safe, but the location was not great. The representative from the management company that we worked with was nice, but we should have been given more notice about the change. Up until the morning of our arrival I had no idea where we were going to stay,

Location was excellent. We picked this apartment because of the proximity to everything in central London. We did know there were no lifts; however carrying large suitcases through the narrow staircase was still not the easiest. The apartment itself was great. Very nice apartment with all the things one needs.

Nice flat however there is no front desk and they want your passport/driver license and credit card copy days before you check it. For security reason I didn't want to give my information. They were nice enough to meet me and took a copy of the passport and credit card.

A hidden gem!
We needed somewhere to stay while my daughter has some appointments at Great Ormond Street, we will have need to stay at least another 10 nights nearby so did alot of research into suitable accomodation nearby. I was a little dubious given the previous reviews but as long as you know how to contact the company they were brilliant at getting things sorted. The check in process is a little cumbersome and you need to send photocopies of card you paid with and ID. Look up the company Q Apartments and just give them a ring if you have any questions or concerns. The apartment itself was lovely, great space and stacks of storage. We had asked for the sofa bed to be made up which it hadn't been but this was sorted quickly, the leaky kettle was also sorted quickly. They could do with leaving instructions on how to use the very complicated microwave oven combi which after watching a youtube video to find out how to use it I found out the oven had 70 programmes! It wasn't helped by the lcd display being set to German. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable and could have done with some blankets underneath, this would have made a big difference. The late check out option at £18 is useful but a little pricey. There is a little snack basket on arrival with crisps and chocolate which is nice.

Riktigt bra lägenhet!
När vi kom till lägenheten var vi positivt överraskade då vi hade bokat en lägenhet med 1 sovrum och en bäddsoffa. Men vi fick en jättestor, fin och fräsh lägenhet med ett extra sovrum. Den kändes så lyxig och stor, speciellt för att vara i london! Absolut värt pengarna och kommer hyra här igen!

Vi blev pga "major maintenance problem" förflyttade till West End One. Läget var utmärkt, men är man fyra vuxna bör man vara medveten om att bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet är väldigt liten. Strykjärnet fungerade inte men i övrigt var allt ok. Läget är perfekt.

Dalle foto eravamo convinti che ci fosse l'inganno,invece era proprio così ! Splendido appartamento,grande confort e zona ottima(con 10 minuti di camminata sei a Piccadilly).Metro e supermercato vicini. Assolutamente da consigliare!!

Lækker lejlighed med god plads til fire.
"Hotellet" er en super lækker lejlighed med rigtig god plads til 4 personer - 2 i dobbeltseng i soveværelse og 2 i sovesofa i stuen. Sovesofaen var lidt hård, men lagde bare en ekstra dyne under lagnet. Lækkert åbent køkken med alt hvad man har brug for. To toiletter, hvoraf det ene havde bad(kar). Området er fint med cafeer, pubber, restauranter, supermarkeder og små parker. Busser kører lige ved siden af og metro tæt på. Ca 15 minutter til Oxford street ved Tottenham court Road st. (og Primark :0) Kunne så absolut godt finde på at bo der igen.

Så bra hotell!!
Vi var fyra vuxna och en bebis, trodde vi skulle få ett rum och en bäddsoffa men vi fick två rum med varsin ordentlig dubbelsäng. Det är lyhört så öronproppar är att rekommendera. Ligger en bar några våningar under och huset brevid är en polisstation. Från Heathrow kan man ta underground till holborn, tar en timme och kostar ca 30kr å då har man en kort promenad till hotellet bara. Hela vårat sällskap är supernöjda med vistelsen, hotellet kändes lyxigt. Ett minus: ingen hiss, många trappor. Men: gratis motion!

Det var ikke et hotelværelse men en lejlighed. Lejligheden var udmærket, men vi manglede oplysninger om, at det ikke var et hotel. Det betyder, at man ikke har hotelfaciliteterne til rådighed.
