A good experience
The positive aspects: - The apartment was clean and tidy. - Clear instructions for check in and use of the facilities. Good guidance for using the public transport. - The location is good for visiting London as a tourist. Its not central but the center can be reached easily and relatively quickly. - The host was very responsive and helpful when we asked for some extra bed linens. - The code system for accessing the apartment is very convenient. What could be improved: - The photos show a dishwasher in the kitchen, and the description says all flats have the same equipment. However our flat did not have a dishwasher. This was a bit disappointing. - There are no curtains, only blinds, which means that in summer it is difficult to keep the rooms dark in the early morning. - The WiFi was a little unreliable. - For longer stays it would be nice if housekeeping would be offered every few days, or some cleaning supplies made available.

Heat was broken and wifi was out
We were “upgraded” to a garden suite that was so cute. However, the heat was broken and although it was supposed to be repaired part of the way through our stay, it wasn’t. We were provided with portable heaters but it was almost impossible to regulate the heat and they were very loud when running and when trying to adjust the setting, they beeped so loudly it wasn’t worth it in the middle of the night for fear of waking people up. The wifi went out part way through our stay which made planning for the next days events difficult, and even though I believe that it was a British Telecom issue, there were no instructions on how to reset or reconnect the wifi included in the binder that was in our unit. The unit was clean, and the area was nice and close by the train for commuting to the city centre. We went to a couple of local restaurants in the area and the food was delicious and the staff/owners were lovely.

I have to say that I am very disappointed to get a review like this as I dont think it is fair or deserved. As the guest herself states,the apartment was lovely,clean,in a good area with great restaurants etc. The heating had a problem which is why we provided 2 large and very powerful electric heaters which were more than ample for the apartment. If there was a problem all they had to do was get in touch and it would have been sorted out immediatley. As for the WI-FI,yes it was very unfortunate but we do not have control over the internet and it was a broadband problem affecting the whole area,which was fixed after 2 days. For those 2 things,to be given 2 out of 5 stars is in my opinion unfair.

Great location, no stress
Fantastic location! In order to see the city, our preferred transportation was a double-decker bus. Steps down the road were bus stops that would take you anywhere. On day one, we went to the theatre, and it was one easy and scenic bus away. Day two was the British Museum; again, it was only one bus away. If you have to get to the airport or somewhere quickly, the tube station is a little further away, but still very close and walkable with luggage. For breakfast, we enjoyed Mariana Cafe each morning, which was a few minutes walk away. While certainly not a luxurious flat, it met all of our needs and proved to be a great 'base camp' for our trip. We would certainly book again!

Great family space
If you are looking for a small space but efficient space for a family this is it. I always worry when the post says fold out beds that my kids are going to be lacking sleep. The fold out bed here were awesome. Real mattresses that everyone had good sleeps on and were really to go even morning. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to a large Sainsbury open most days from 8-20hr. There’s a lovely array of local restaurants and if you want a scenic trip to Buckingham catch the 52 bus. Awesome place

Convenient for Wembley and good transport links
The flat was as described and self check in was easy. Great to be able to park on the street nearby after 3pm and at the weekend. The facilities were fairly basic but perfectly satisfactory as we just needed a base. The flat did smell a bit damp when we got there, and there was evidence of damp on the walls, but otherwise OK.

A good place to stay to visit London
Reuven is a great host and communication was very easy. The flat is about 12 mins walking from the Willesden Green tube station and there are plenty of shops on the way for groceries, coffee, sandwiches or anything else. There is also a bus station just 2 mins walking that gets you into central London. The flat is comfortable but i would note that the pictures in the listing are not all representative of the flat you will get; it would be more accurate to have separate listings so guests can really see where they will be staying. Ours was on the ground floor and was generally good except for some parts where the paint is still to be finished, and a little smell of humidity around the kitchen. Bathroom is fully renovated and well equipped. It was obviously a little tight for 5 people but this was expected and absolutely ok. We had to put away the sofa beds so we could use the living room. Overall a good stay, thanks to Reuven for hosting us !

Disappointing
There was miscommunication on the checkin time (messages said one thing, listing had another, and then they said we could go early but the cleaner was just starting when we arrived), but that was minor. The main issue is the musty / mildew smell in the bathroom and the bedroom. Air drying clothes (which was not a problem at any of the other locations we traveled to) led to an old rag smell. The microwave was rusting and peeling on the inside. As other reviews note, there were limited kitchen amenities. The location is not bad, but the train station has large stairs and no lift, which is difficult for any accessibility issues (like luggage and strollers). The bed and pull out sofa were comfortable and the air conditioning unit was nice and cool (as long as the exhaust didn't come loose) during a surprisingly warm week we visited.

Great Location Close to Public Transit
The flat was impeccably clean, and the check in process was so smooth I hardly knew it was done. The beds were as described and comfortable. Though we didn’t use the kitchen it was well equipped and very clean. The shower had fantastic water pressure and very hot water, which was great. I’d stay here again.

Amazing stay!
We had an amazing stay during the holidays! The communication with Reuven was AMAZING, always got answers within the hour or less. We had the pleasure of staying in the suite in the garden, it was perfect for 5 of us celebrating Christmas as a family! We had everything we needed in the suite, it's close to everything by walk: groceries, corner stores, pubs, train or bus to the city! Thank you SO much Reuven for the amazing suite, you truly gave us a perfect Christmas getaway!

Lots of positives but could be better
Positives - Great location, great shower, good appliances in the kitchen, nice quality glasses, towels and sheets, good communication for check in process. The bedroom was dark and quiet so sleep was much easier than in other London properties we’ve stayed in. Things that would benefit from improvement - Info about parking is misleading. On street parking is fine at the weekend but in the week, you’d need a permit to stay all day. We weren’t offered one (although the info booklet in the flat mentions it but obviously we didn’t see that til we arrived) so we rented a driveway up the street. Sofas are scruffy and a bit grubby. Tv doesn’t get BBC or the usual channels. The cooking equipment that is there is good but there’s not much. Things like a baking tray and strainer or sieve would be sensible. One of the windows doesn’t lock.

Perfect!!!!
We were there a few days with friends and were thrilled! A great apartment and walking distance were so many options! Whether supermarket, English breakfast, other restaurants, buses and trains... No wish remains unfulfilled there and is very easy to reach without a big route planner. You can get to Wembley or other parts of London quickly and easily. I can highly recommend it and we will be back!

Fisrt time in London...
Il nostro breve soggiorno e stato positivo. Dopo il problema iniziale piccola incomprensione di assegnamento camere, Reuven è stato velicissimo a risolvere il problema e ci ha assegnato una casetta nel giardino, che fa parte della casa... che si trova in una zona residenziale tipica londinese...con i martoni rossi L'apoartamento era molto carino, pulito e arredato con gusto. Cucina fornita del necessario, anche bagno spazioso e nuovo, a noi non mancava nulla.. forse la macchinetta da caffe... ma per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene. Si trova un pò fuori centro della città, comunque facielmente raggiungibile con la tube e in zona ci si trovano nunerosi locali , ristorantini e fastfood come anche i supermercati. La consiglierei alle famiglie o coppie, come ai gruppi di amici..

Appartamento spazioso e accogliente
Avevamo l'appuntamento che affaccia sul giardino, spazioso per 4 e fornito di tutto il necessario. C'era un po' di odore di muffa e in generale ci sarebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di manutenzione (tavolo, mensola bagno, muffa su parete dietro il divano). La posizione è abbastanza comoda, a due passi da bus 52 per Portobello e a 15 minuti da metropolitana.

We chose the 1 bedroom flat for my family of 5 and had a very nice stay.The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is modern and the kitchen has the appliances that we needed. The check-in with the code is easy and the communication with Reuven was quick. The location in good as it was a 10 min walk to the tube and there were many buslines to the London center at the end of the street. There is a Sansbury's in the main street and a minimarket really close that opens 24h. We would definitely return.

Ruhige Bleibe etwas außerhalb der never sleeping City London
Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft, denn wenngleich es nicht ganz zentral gelegen ist, so erreicht man die Innenstadt Londons doch recht schnell. Vor allem ich habe die Ruhe dieser Unterkunft am Abend als Ausgleich zu der vibrierenden Stadt London sehr geschätzt. Die Wohnung selbst war super sauber und gepflegt und recht gut ausgestattet was das Küchenequipment angeht wobei wir selbst nicht gekocht haben. Aber den Wasserkocher und die vorhandene Mikrowelle haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Im Bad gab es für uns 3 immer genügend heißes Wasser zum Duschen und die Handtücher wurden nach 3 Tagen gewechselt! Klasse Service. Reuven war immer sehr leicht zu erreichen und hat in kürzester Zeit auf Anfragen oder Nachfragen reagiert. Das war wirklich auch klasse. Kurzum... Wir werden definitiv zum Wiederholungstäter. Thank you Reuven! Knowing this place and being accommodated is much appreciated. We can only highly recommend
