Unwind in the bedroom furnished with a cozy queen bed, complete with fresh linens, pillows, and an extra blanket. Stay entertained with the 55" Roku Smart TV featuring all major streaming apps. Ample cloth hangers, an iron with board, and a tower fan are also provided.
The inviting living room features a 65" Sony Smart Android TV with access to popular streaming apps. Discover a variety of games and activities suitable for all ages. The couch transforms into two single pullout beds, each with its own set of linens and pillows.
Refresh in the well-stocked bathroom, where towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and an array of amenities await.
For those in need of a productive space, our dedicated workspace features a modern desk, an office chair, and a 24" LED computer monitor.
Convenience meets cleanliness with our in-suite laundry equipped with a new washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergents and various cleaning supplies.
Enjoy personalized comfort with a separate air system and central air conditioning. Guests have full control over the temperature, and we ensure clean air between guests with regular replacement of the MERV 11 or similar air filter.
Please note that while the unit itself is fully renovated, the historic building retains some aged elements in the common areas.

When you book our unit, you will enjoy complete and uninterrupted access to the entire space. Rest assured, apart from the building's common elements like the lobby and elevator, there are no shared areas. The building fosters a tranquil atmosphere and is predominantly occupied by professionals and young families.
We have made the check-in/check-out process hassle-free for your convenience. Detailed information and accompanying pictures will guide you every step of the way, and we are readily available to assist you if needed.

Our condo enjoys a central downtown location with convenient access to major bus routes, making transportation a breeze. For cyclists, dedicated bike lanes and a secure bike storage locker are available right outside the building. There are also dedicated taxi stands and accessible parking spots for those who prefer other modes of transportation.
Parking options include public parking meters and private parking lots in the vicinity. Street parking is free during evenings and Sundays, and the city offers 1 hour of free parking per day. Additionally, EV vehicle charging meters are conveniently located outside.
London, ON boasts a range of delivery apps, including Uber Eats, for your convenience in accessing food, groceries, and other essentials. Everything you need is within a short walking distance from our location.
To ensure a secure environment, the building features an elevator and secured entry with surveillance cameras in the lobby. Our unit is situated on the second floor of the four-story building.
We take immense pride in maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for our guests. Therefore, we strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings on the premises. Smoking (including tobacco and weed) is not permitted indoors. In order to uphold a peaceful environment, we utilize Airbnb-approved devices to monitor noise levels & smoke at all times. Excessive noise, including during weekends, is not tolerated.
