Up until we arrived, communication was frequent with the Altido team, but the issue was that SO many agents were contacting me that details were incorrect as it seemed none of them communicated with each other. The flat was well-appointed, bright and cheerful, but there was miscommunication about our early luggage drop off. and time we were told to leave luggage. The food we ordered was not there and I had to call about it that evening. We were trying to make local calls for taxis and to reach the Altido number for help and no one was able to help us with the phone number issues. The final morning a driver showed up (not a taxi) and asked for some unknown person after loading our things, had been instructed to take us to the wrong train station, and charged us WAY more than what it should have been.We had been back and forth many times and knew what we should have been charged but he said it was Altido who set the prices. Not good practice I am afraid. The location was great as was the paperwork for the apt.,but communication needs work. WE have rented from VRBO many times and never had issues before. Thanks.
