The property was extremely close to public transport. Staff was super friendly and bent over backwards to help with any questions or concerns. The room w/ kitchenet was great. Water pressure was perfect. My mattress was hard and wifi was weak. It worked well on my Chromebook, but was terrible on the phone. The front stairs need railings. Slippery when it rains.

The fire alarm went off 3 times waking me up at 6am because of people smoking and most of the staff were rude and unhelpful. SUPER nice amenities but poor staff (except the receptionist lady - she was very kind)

Good place to stay but noisy road.
Modern, clean & good location but very noisy road which woke us up each morning very early. Very friendly staff and overall good place to stay. Would request a room on other side of building to avoid next time.

I wasn’t able to check-in because I had to cancel this holiday. This property was not at all helpful with providing a refund even though I had a legitimate reason for cancellation - couldn’t get a travel exemption to travel from Australia to the UK. Very disappointing attitude during this world health crisis. When I can travel again I certainly won’t be staying at a place that has virtually stolen thousands of pounds sterling in pre-paid accommodation.

The location was good. The bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly (there were pubes on the shower wall). The air con was okay but took a while to cook the room down. Overall for the price I would say it’s quite good, the cleanliness was a little disappointing but it did the job.

Arrived around 7pm, Wasn’t able to access, Staff told me check-in had finished At 5 pm and that there was no one available to check me in. Waited outside for one hour, very rude and unhelpful.

Had a really good stay! Very well located and the rooms were exceptionally clean and modern. No noise and I thought the kitchen cupboard was practical. The Nespresso machine was a really nice gesture too!

The staff member was excellent. I had to change my room as I found some stain on bed I will attached some pictures. The other room was clean. The bed was not comfortable and small. My feet was out of the bed. I am not sure if I will book again because for the price I can find better places.

Tried to contact them about an expensive jacket we left in the closet of our room and they failed to get back to us. We've called them several times and everyday before we left the U.K with no response.

Pictures didnt look like the rooms, our room was small and cramped, clean and organised but the lack of room with 4 suitcases made walking around the room difficult. London views were non existant unless you include the street outside, very misleading.

I am a very light sleeper; on the first night I was aware of the road noise. When I raised the issue, staff were very accomodating and moved me to a different room, on the backside of the property. I was most pleased.

The room was small and tight especially the bathroom. Sink and standing shower was extremely small. Overall cleanliness was acceptable. Don’t expect too much. The price you pay is what you get. Photos were kind of deceiving as it looks a lot larger; however, the location was extremely convenient.

This was a lovely stay, everything we needed. Compact room, having kitchen equipment was invaluable. Bit dusty in places, but otherwise clean and tidy.
