The window innthe room didn't had a good sealing, so it was always cold. The shower door had a leak so there was quite a bit of water undervthe flooring. The breakfast options a very mediocre and the lineup to get omley is huge.

Great stay with the family and baby! The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. Location was walking distance to many of the sights Big Ben, Buckingham, London Eye. Near playground for the kids. King room has pull out couch and enough space for the pack n play. Room has door to couch area for privacy. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is good with several options and omelet station. Starbucks is in the lobby.

You walk into the bathroom when you enter the room. The layout is poor. The lights were odd with so many to operate. We asked for a recommendation for an Italian restaurant and no one had a clue. Service is fine but no one went above and beyond here for the rates you pay.

Very accommodating staff. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight and they allowed us to check into our rooms upon arrival. Very clean and convenient location.

TV was broken the entire stay, concierge forgot to deliver our ballet tickets to us before clocking out for the day and did not transfer the order to anyone else at the hotel which caused us to almost miss the show, were told there were no rooms with views and this was the main reason we stayed there given the description when booking, one yoga mat in the gym that was disgusting

The staff was top-notch. The rooms were comfy and exceptionally clean. It was near transportation so that was very convenient. I will tell anyone going to London this is the place to stay. For safety as well!

The room menu is basic, the room felt small and it was very noisy but I guess the noise should be expected being in the middle of the city. Check in and out was very fast, breakfast was good and wifi was good enough.

This was a fantastic hotel! It was walking distance to Big Ben, the Underground train, and other tourist hot spots! I highly recommend staying here. It will be where I return when I visit London again!

We had a great stay here. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was in close walking distance to Westminster Abby and Big Ben. Would definitely recommend.

The property and the staff were exceptional. Great location in central London. Good food available at the property and some great cafe’s nearby. There are not, however a lot of dinner or dining options near the hotel.

Stayed in two joining rooms with our two kids. Hotel is very modern, clean, and quiet with good service. We would definitely stay there again. The rooms are indeed a bit on the smaller side- in particular the shower and bathroom. But if you enjoy updated, contemporary rooms with great ambience - the pros outweigh the cons.

Nice hotel.Convenient for many close tourist locations. Hotel rooms are nicely done and modern. Bathroom was very dark either they could have provided more light or made the tiles white rather than black. The rooms have been renovated recently and are nice. Not very close to public transport.

We had included breakfast , most was bad basically you had to fend for anything to eat. All of the pastries and most of the breads were gone. Nobody was filling anything up. There was 20 people in line to have omelettes made. This was your only choice because there was no eggs in the pan where you serve yourself, nor mushrooms, nor tomatoes. Basically, the self serve was empty and not filled up.

This hotel is beautiful and has everything you need. We came to London for a funeral and did not expect to have any enjoyment at all but Daniel was the superstar of our trip. He took time to chat with us and give recommendations and even brought some goodies to our room before we departed. We are so appreciative of his kindness and ability to make a sad trip into a happy one. We will be back to this hotel anytime we visit based on the hospitality alone.

This area is the perfect quiet space yet footsteps away is busy London. We walked everywhere and the metro is nearby for convenience as well. The hotel itself is stunning, unique. Loved having cafe and dining inside. We felt safe and taken care of. Would recommend to anyone and everyone staying and or wanting to explore London.

Well appointed hotel but some problems: Shower hose had a hole in it. The upper shower head holder was loose and wouldn’t hold the head in position. The lighting in shower and also toilet was very dim and walking out of the shower onto laminate flooring which happens to be the main thoroughfare in the room made everything very slippy. No mat in the shower itself and if you have any mobility problems moving about was difficult. Fan in the toilet didn’t work. The light on the makeup mirror didn’t work. The tea tray was not replenished on the second day. There were two pieces of broken glass on the floor in the bathroom.

Walkable to Westminster for Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and similar distance to underground tubes in opposite direction. A good 15 to 20 minute walk.

Loved our stay here while in London. Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, staff was very helpful & very conveniently close to the main attractions. They also had a decent breakfast buffet available. Definitely recommend!

Really nice, would 100% return.
Really quick and pleasant checkin experience, advised cheaper to book breakfast in advance rather than pay on the day. My wife and I had one premium room on the 7th as did my 78 year old Dad. Rooms really well appointed, clean and quite - especially if you used the pocket door. Tempreture effectively managed, great shower, comfortable bed, good coffee and we loved the fill your own carafe option. Took one star off service as breakfast (4 mornings) could be improved, except for the omelette guy as he was great. Seemed to be a shortage of plates, small ramekins for jams and condiments. I asked for a milk jug at one-point and was given a teapot with milk, it worked but not correct. The pancake machine seemed to always be clogged or needing a belt change. The actual food was very nice, its just all the bits around it that need refined, hence the 1 star off service.
