Really quick and pleasant checkin experience, advised cheaper to book breakfast in advance rather than pay on the day.
My wife and I had one premium room on the 7th as did my 78 year old Dad. Rooms really well appointed, clean and quite - especially if you used the pocket door. Tempreture effectively managed, great shower, comfortable bed, good coffee and we loved the fill your own carafe option.
Took one star off service as breakfast (4 mornings) could be improved, except for the omelette guy as he was great. Seemed to be a shortage of plates, small ramekins for jams and condiments. I asked for a milk jug at one-point and was given a teapot with milk, it worked but not correct. The pancake machine seemed to always be clogged or needing a belt change. The actual food was very nice, its just all the bits around it that need refined, hence the 1 star off service.
