"We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. But on arrival were informed that it was out of use. It became available the next day and we enjoyed it. The position of the hotel in Lourdes is excellent. You are in the middle of everything. The rooms were clean and tidy but there was no shampoo included so go prepared. Also only one coffee each per day. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Would we stay again? Yes, probably in summer. But in the winter, we'd find somewhere equally convenient without the pool and it's added expense."

No daily water provided and room coffee is instant variety. Paper cups in bathroom and basic soaps. Nothing special. A solid 3 Star hotel that could rise to 4 star with a few minor upgrades."
