Ideal location and lovely hotel. Room itself was good but bathroom area was tight, which might be a problem for some people! Make sure to prearrange a space at the hotel. However, local car park was easy to use.

Hotel Bristol is a fantastic option for those that appreciate collection hotels with contemporary content and a bit of history behind. The rooms are really huge size compared to what you can get on the same prize level. Staff is super nice and make feel home with a smile

Absolutely loved this property. Room was comfortable, breakfast was excellent each morning and the staff was easily one of the best collection we've ever experienced. Would stay again in a heartbeat. For us, this hotel made the City a better experience.

I enjoyed my short stay at the Bristol. They allowed me an early check in which was very helpful and arranged a 5am taxi for the airport. The hotel was comfortable and very clean.

Great Place in the heart of Pau

I always stay here when in Pau. The location is great, the staff are super friendly and its great value. Some of the higher end hotels have better facilities, but they are like double the price. If you like a good value and slightly old world French style place then I am sure you will like it here and its walkable to the centre and all the bars etc.

Location is excellent - a very short walk to all the key parts of the city and the staff are excellent and very helpful. Parking is limited so remember to reserve a spot if you are driving. Our room had a tiny bathroom and overlooked the car park which proved quite noisy - tbf this might have been a one off with some loud kids but was a pain the night it happened.

I wish all of our stays could be as good as this place! The room was a nice size, and surprisingly quiet for sleeping despite overlooking a busy street -- the modern window in the bedroom blocked all noise when shut, and closing the bathroom door took care of the rest. WiFi was very quick in both directions, and worked with VPNs and SSH, unlike several other properties we stayed at. The TV was tiny though, and could not be used with a computer or to view one's own content. Half a star off for that. Staff were excellent.

Hotel was very beautiful and elegant! Front desk people very helpful. The breakfast guy was incredible!! After the first order of cappuccino he remembered and suddenly appeared with two cappuccinos.

Quite, central and comfortable

Perfect for an overnight stay. Comfortable and clean room at rear of building. The owner was very helpful suggesting a circular walk seeing the highlights of Pau and booking a table for us at a simple French restaurant that he recommended. Mt husband was delighted to find a piano in the reception area that he could play.
