"We recently stayed at Cabana Bay and overall had a decent experience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, the housekeeping and room maintenance could definitely use some improvement. Our bathtub was dirty when we arrived, there was noticeable discoloration in the corner of the bathroom, and a dirty towel had been left hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The rooms also felt a little outdated. They weren’t terrible by any means, but they could benefit from some updates and better attention to cleanliness. Overall, the customer service was great, but the condition of the room left room for improvement."

"If you are looking for an average hotel with larger rooms then this is for you. As far as amenities, it does provide a restaurant for breakfast which is complimentary and a quick service pizza and wing kiosk. They do provide a pop-up bar between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. There is a small pool on the side of the hotel that faces the parking lot, but outside of that there isn't much to do. There aren't many restaurants or establishments within walking distance, however, you are able to use the pool at the Caribe Royal next door. The room was fine and served our purpose. For the money, though, you can find better properties."
