"Front desk staff were very friendly, room was extremely clean. One of the cleaner bathrooms that I have ever seen. The bed, was extremely comfortable. There is nothing fancy about the hotel but, it had warm, homely feel. Plus, the location was fantastic. "

"This was a really nice location for downtown DC. I stayed somewhere closer to the White House but I know if I had to again, I would rather stay in this location downtown. It’s just 1 block from the convention center and easy walking distance to Capital One arena. The rooms were very clean and nice. I enjoyed the breakfast. definitely family friendly and had a lot of variety with the made to order eggs/omelettes. I appreciate the INDOOR pool as well :) "

"We had a wonderful stay at Viceroy Washington DC. It’s truly a lovely place with a great sense of space, the atmosphere feels both stylish and comfortable from the moment you walk in. The rooms were clean, well-designed, and very inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day. What really stood out most was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, especially the gentleman who checked me in and also handled my checkout. He was professional, kind, and made the whole experience seamless and pleasant. The amenities were excellent, and the overall vibe of the hotel made the stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Washington, DC, and we look forward to staying again. "

"My partner and I stayed for Valentine’s Day and could not have been more pleased. From beginning to end everything was seamless. Greeted by friendly staff who assisted with my bags while I got checked in, Valet service certainly made things much easier. Our room was clean and cozy, with everything meeting our standards. The bed was extremely comfortable. We failed at making dinner reservations so the hotel restaurant came in clutch with a delicious 5 course Valentines Day meal. After dinner our car was brought to us so that we could continue our night on the city. Probably one of my favorite experiences as I didn’t have to stress about parking or long waits. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again. "

"The staff were very welcoming and the view from our room was amazing. We rented the city view room and it perfect. It was a very short distance to all of the attractions. Most all within 6-8 miles, roughly a 10-15 minute drive to every where. The only downside for us was the matress. It was a full memory foam, and we have a hybrid, so it was a bit stiff for us. "
