"The family room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Towel hooks were lacking in the room. Maybe because it looked as though part of a rail was missing above the end of the bath.The carpets heading to the first floor had wrappings lying around and weren't cleaned during our stay. The cooked breakfast was good. We had a good evening meal. "

"Our room was excellent. Lovely view. Very clean. A negative was that the sink was completely blocked in the shower room. The food wasn’t great. The fish and chips came with “wedges” We told the server. The restaurant charged an extra £2.00 for a small bit of cheese on my son’s burger (child’s menu) When our bill was brought to us the server stood over us until we paid instead of giving us time to look through over our bill. "

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff really friendly. We tried different restaurants, all were good. The breakfast was good, everyone will find something. The gym is excellent, the pool is nice and warm, though too crowded and may be a bit small for the hotel size plus club members plus lodges. Due to the beautiful location it is complicated to get around without a car. "

"We had an incredible time, the cottage is so beautiful and has a lovely view of the loch, it is an easy walk to Luss which is so cute. Gillian is a very responsive host and replied immediately to my messages. There were one or 2 small hiccups but nothing to detract from the fantastic time my family had. We would love to stay there again, travel plans permitting. "
