"The staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate. The location to the beach and rooftop views are remarkable! Good breakfast, a mototaxi or 10 minute walk to town, and brand new very comfortable king size bed. Being a recently opened hotel of course there’s some kinks to work out. I would’ve kept this from the review had I not felt gaslighted when I brought up the construction noise across the street and the high chlorine in the water when showering. "No me pude comunicar para avisar de mi hora de llegada. Nadie me abrió y solo pude quedarme una noche. La propiedad es hermosa pero el servicio es pésimo. La hora del checkout es a las 11, a la misma que un hostal. Usualmente los hoteles y bungalows te dejan hasta la 1. Se metieron al bungalow a limpiar a las 11 sin pedir permiso.
