Nice, clean hotel with modern bedrooms. No fridge in the room, unless you pay for a superior room. Pool and sunbathing area downstairs are small, but ok if the hotel isn't busy. Pool is too small to swim in. Food is good quality and nice choice for breakfast and evening meal. This was my third time in this hotel and despite the few negative points, I would still recommend it.

Really beautiful rooms with a nice sea view, also a nice view of the sunset. Really good dinner option you always have an option to chose from. Generally a good hotel, only complaint would be the lift. Its like waiting for the bus especially around breakfast or dinner

Negatives - Very small pool and sunbathing area. Only bar is the one on the roof. No fridge in the room, unless you book a superior room - which is crazy in this day and age. Reception staff were not welcoming at all. Restaurant has no windows, but the food was good. Positives - nice decor, comfy beds, big shower, bus stop right outside and in a quieter part of the resort. Good food.

The hotel location is its best feature, about a 5 minute walk from the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were friendly, but needed more of them around during dinner time. Food choice for dinner was a bit samey each night but nice tasting and good quality. Now with desserts, i cannot stress this enough- the desserts are the best I've ever had hands down. You will eat your own body weight in cakes and pastries if you're not careful. Room wise You have to pay for a safe in your room which is something I've never experienced before. The same goes for the TV, you have to put a deposit down on that. I didnt have a kettle in mine either which i would class as standard. Rooms are quite basic, but kept clean, beds are ok. Beware if you have a room overlooking the pool it is quiet loud. People who seem to love to shout after a few too many beer's and road noise from passing cars will wake you up in the night. Of course this isnt the hotels fault though. Breakfast selection is pretty good, needs more fruit options in my opinion. Overall this is an above average hotel, there's nothing particularly bad, it just needs some improvements here or there.

Overall the food was fresh and the choice was good but very geared towards German and Dutch pallets, my only big bear is that I booked an ‘Adult only’ hotel which had a baby of under two staying with his parents, he cried in the dining area, threw food on the floor and could be heard before he was seen, I have nothing agains children but when I book an adult only hotel it’s what I expect

The area around the hotel was not well kept, pavements uneven, wheelchair access was almost non existent having not many dropped kerbs . Food at hotel was ok, best bit was the desserts but they do need to show what it is on main meals. Roof top bar was really lovely

Negatives - no fridge in the room which was a big disappointment. What modern hotel doesn't have a fridge, especially somewhere hot like in Spain? For the size of the hotel (10 storey), the swimming pool and sunbathing area was extremely small. Positives - best food I have eaten in a hotel abroad. Fabulous roof top cocktail bar and seating area with stunning views over Palma. Clean and modern room (though pretty small). Bus stop to airport and Palma centre was directly outside the hotel.

Bin rundum zufrieden: Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, stylische Einrichtung, tolles Frühstück und Abendessen. Für die extreme Umgebungslautstärke kann das Hotel nichts, das ist der Lage geschuldet. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, wird hier nicht glücklich.

Lage war okay, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Straße, Grundsätzlich ansprechendes Hotel. Frühstück/ Abendessen sehr lecker und vielseitig. Sauberkeit etwas ausbaufähig. Leider hat der obere Pool keine Liegen aber ein nette Bar mit toller Aussicht und der unter Pool etwas wenig Liegen, die immer alle belegt waren.

Die Unterkunft war von der Lage her sehr gut. Allerdings ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und es gab einige Mängel im Zimmer vor allen Dingen der Dusche die repariert gehören. Ansonsten würden wir jederzeit das Hotel wieder buchen.

Modern & sauberes Hotel Super freundliches Personal Qualitatives Essen (was man am Ballermann eigentlich nicht kennt) also wirklich gutes Buffet Großer Balkon mit Wäscheständer Zimmer etwas klein aber reicht aufjedenfall für ein paar Tage aus (Toilette war bei uns im Raum, also sollte man sich Wohl fühlen beim Partner mit dem man reist) aber vielleicht ist es auch nicht in jedem Zimmer so
