The hotel is... fine. The main area is beautiful, with a nice pool and bar. The food is very average and expensive. The room my family was placed in was located a few minute walk (or 1 minute drive) from the main area. This particular building had it's own pool area as well, which was nice, but the building and rooms seemed very cheaply put togther. Our room, in particular, had very loose floorboards, we found a nail sticking up out of one of them (which was a hazard for our 1 year old). The location of the hotel in general is in a bit of a random rural area (which I guess is in the name)

We stayed at Finca Hotel Rural Es Turó and found the property itself to be beautiful. The rural setting is peaceful, the pool area is lovely, and the rooms are spacious and full of charm. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. Our arrival felt impersonal, with no real greeting and very little explanation beyond being handed an information sheet. The hotel also seemed understaffed, and the staff generally lacked urgency in making guests feel welcomed or accommodated. Dinner was good, though somewhat overpriced for the overall experience. The most disappointing issue was on our departure morning, when the water unexpectedly stopped working and we were unable to shower before leaving. Overall, Finca Hotel Rural Es Turó is a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential, but the service and guest experience need improvement.

Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. In 2019 ben ik er ook geweest; rust, stilte, volwassenen, geen kinderen gezien. Hierop heb ik nu weer geboekt. Echter het leek een speelparadijs voor kleine kinderen. Deze accommodatie vind ik daar niet geschikt voor aangezien de voorzieningen niet geschikt of zelfs niet toegankelijk zijn voor kinderen, zoals een SPA waar om stilte wordt gevraagd. Het binnenzwembad is veel te klein om in te spelen. Het onderhoud vind ik erg achteruit gegaan en geen vier sterren meer waard. Ontbijtbuffet en menu opties zijn goed.

이곳은 정말 아름다운 곳이에요. 직원들도 친절하고 레스토랑의 음식도 맛있습니다. 다만 시골에 위치해서 교통이 불편하고 (렌트를 하셔야 편합니다.) 룸 침실 베게에서 냄새가 나서 베개를 사용하지 않았습니다. 하지만 수영장은 너무 어름답고 곳곳의 선인장도 멋집니다.

Sehr schöne Finca. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto ist fast Voraussetzungen um das Hotel zu erreichen. Leider besteht hier und da etwas Renovierungsbedarf. Ich würde das Hotel aber sofort wieder buchen.

Die Lage des Hotels und die Anlage an sich top. Personal muss dringend nachgeschult werden. Zimmer bei Ankunft nur oberflächlich geputzt, Flecken auf der Decke(!!!!) und Fingerabdrücke auf den Geräten. Ab 3 morgens fangen die Hähne an zu krähen (direkt in den Fenstern), was für die meisten schlaflose Nächte bedeutet.
