This apartment allows groups of young people to stay, with an additional security deposit required, which will be refunded if everything is in order.

Street parking is available, as well as a private garage space in the building, available for an additional fee. Events are not permitted on the property. Community rules regarding the pool and municipal regulations must be followed.

The apartment enjoys an excellent location, just 70 metres from the beach, in a flat area with easy access to city centre Lloret de Mar and the beach. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. The property gets direct sunlight in the morning and cooler temperatures in the afternoon. Several apartments in the building are available for rent, and some belong to a hotel. Lloret offers numerous activities for all ages, and upon arrival you’ll receive information about activities and places to visit.

The apartment has some mandatory extra fees not included in the price that must be paid upon arrival.Mandatory final cleaning fee (120 €), tourist tax (13 € per adult over 16 years of age). There are also some optional charges: Bedding set and two towels per person (15 €), bath towels per person (10 €). These charges are payable in cash upon arrival
