Domestic animals (usually allowed upon request): € 5 / day / animal The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.
In the centre of the Cala Canyelles urbanisation is the El Trull restaurant which has a swimming pool open to the public for a daily fee (for more information, please consult the restaurant directly).
There is also a tennis court, yacht club with mooring rental, diving centre, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities. Beach umbrellas and sun loungers for hire, car hire, horse riding, excursion tickets and several golf courses and pitch on putt courses in the immediate vicinity.Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.
The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.
The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.
The Exit must be made before 10:00 and keys must be returned to the office.
The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.
How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square. The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square.

La relation avec les gestionnaires de l'agence Playa Arena était parfait, très réactif et cherche une solution à tous les problèmes.
Concernant le logement, le positionnement idéal avec grande terrasse et belle vue sur la mer.
La pièce de vie et la salle de bain sont agréable. Pour la cuisine, celle-ci est petite et il manque un lave-vaisselle et cela serait adéquat. Par contre il y a un grand frigo avec congélateur.
Les points négatifs sont les placards en bois qui sentent le renfermé, on ne pouvait pas y ranger le linge comme nous le souhaiterions et non le changement du pied de parasol cassé car Refus du propriétaire malgré la demande de l'agence. Le mobilier d'extérieur est usé pour la plupart et mériterait un renouvellement.
