Fantastic holiday

Joaquin was very helpful and always available. The apt was ideal for our needs, a short walk from town centre or food shops and bars/restaurants, and from the fabulous beaches. Free underground car park was perfect.I can recommend highly!

A favor: Excelente ubicación. A 10 minutos andando de la playa de Fenals. A 3 minutos de los jardines de Santa Clotilde. Tiene dos piscinas al aire libre justo al lado del alojamiento.Con mucha oferta de hostelería en los alrededores del piso. La plaza de parking es una gran ventaja. El piso está bien conservado y es acogedor. Tiene lavadora y lavavajillas. Joaquin y su hermano han sido muy atentos y han estado pendientes de todo. En contra: La limpieza del baño no estaba completa. Comenté el tema con Joaquin, el propietario, y lo tendrá en cuenta a futuro. El sofá es bastante incómodo, creo que se podría reemplazar. Las toallas de baño y ropa de cama podrían también ser de mejor calidad, aunque están correctas en ambos casos. El aire acondicionado no se puede regular, aunque no es algo grave aportaría comodidad el poder hacerlo.

Super hôte, l’appartement est au top une terrasse très grande avec tout ce qu’il faut a l’intérieur! La résidence est très sécurisée ce qui ne nous a pas déplus. Piscine très propre une plage à 5min de l’appart. L’hôte est très réactif et attentif en cas de besoin. Super!

Apartment was pretty clean and well equipped for vacation stay. All appliances and AC working. Furniture, linen, mattresses, dishes all of mid grade from IKEA store. In general, expect to have value for the money paid. The building and surrounding area is well maintained and surprisingly quiet in day and night. Taking the proximity to the beaches this is ideal location for beach vacation. Short walking distance to food stores and restaurants.

très bel appartement dans une belle résidence accueil chaleureux le propriétaire est très disponible bien équipé en dehors du centre de LLioret, très bruyant seul bémol rez de chaussée contigu à une des piscines ce qui entraine du bruit surtout par le non respect des interdictions de ballon dans les piscines La plage proche difficilement accessible mieux vaut prendre sa voiture pour aller jusqu'à la Pinéda pas de plage de sable fin

Apartamento muy tranquilo y acogedor.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable a pocos minutos de la playa, disfrutamos de la gran terraza y de la estupenda y tranquila piscina a menos de 15 metros del apartamento (abierta hasta las 10 de la noche). Por otra parte, las indicaciones por parte del propietario para que pudiéramos llegar a nuestro destino con fotos de la zona resultaron de gran ayuda. En resumen, disfrutamos de una semana maravillosa en un lugar precioso como Lloret de Mar con playas estupendas, y para descansar, un apartamento tranquilo y acogedor.

Appartement agréable dans une copro très récente, idéalement placé pour accéder aux plages à pieds. La résidence a plusieurs piscines et un gardien qui veille la nuit. C'est un quartier résidentiel idéal pour des familles ou couples qui veulent être au calme tout en étant proche du centre et suffisamment isolés du bruit (Lloret étant une destination pour les ados...). Conseil : Pour faire vos courses allez au Consum (à pieds) en face du Dia car les aliments y sont plus corrects... Merci à Joaquin de nous avoir arrangé sur les dates et pour son accueil sympathique !

PERFECT ACCOMODATION FOR FAMILY

I reccomend 100%. We are family with children. Apartment is very beuatiful, modern, clean, comfortable,with nice terrace. More beautiful like the photos. This is perfect holiday place for family with children. Apartment is locates in beautiful clean residence. Two supermarkets and restaurants are near the apartment. San Boadella beach is 5 minutes walking. Very good friendly communication with the owner.

El apartamento es muy bonito y bien equipado, con una estupenda terraza donde comer y tomar el aire. La urbanización tiene 4 piscinas muy limpias, y la ubicación es perfecta: a 5 minutos de Cala Sa Boadella, muy tranquila, y con supermercados y comercios a un paso. Los propietarios muy acogedores y simpáticos, sin ningún problema. Muy recomendable, nosotros repetiremos.

Les propriétaires sont accueillants, chaleureux et à l'écoute l'appartement est conforme aux photos quartier résidentiel idéal pour des vacances en famille ! plage à 5 minutes à pied et commerces à proximité un peu de bruit dans la résidence le soir mais normal en pleine saison !! on retournera avec plaisir pour un autre séjour chez eux
