Good, but could be better

Overall good hotel, clean, good food selection, although poor drinks selection, only water offered for lunch and dinner, not even tea or coffee (only for breakfast). Therefore for me some additional necessities like a kettle and coffee maker in the room would have made a huge difference. Otherwise nice pool area, quiet in the room, I had a huge balcony in my room too, which was great!

De speelvoorzieningen in het zwembad voor de kids zijn geweldig. Het binnenzwembad is piepklein en de moeite niet. Wat ik echt slecht vond zijn de flinterdunne muren. Wij hebben geen oog dicht gedaan en ook meerdere keren geklaagd bij de receptie. Dan werd er gezegd dat ze hebben gekeken maar niets hoorden. Wonderlijk, want wij konden van verschillende kamers de gesprekken letterlijk volgen en zelfs gesprekken bij de lift 6 deuren verderop waren goed hoorbaar. Typisch genoeg waren juist de vele aanwezige bejaarden hier grotendeels debet aan.

A good family choice

Would recommend as a family hotel. Really clean throughout. No yobbery. Always good salads on. Food quality quite high for such an establishment. All staff work very hard.

Excellent place to stay

Positives - Clean room, great restaurant, water park was partly closed, but good. Kid's club was very good and helpful, good TV channels, Negatives - Front desk service is not great. Lot of noise during night.

Very crowded for family of four

Plus 24 but no air cause it's winter. We almost melted. One lady at the front desk was very snotty, but restarts good. Free entertainment was nice. Dinner got very repetitive, but nice option to include it! The room for four was basically two big beds stuck together. There was absolutely no room for anything. There was a desk but couldn't pull the chairs out because of the beds.

Super service. Gode faciliteter: En indendørs pool til børnene og en sportsklub med indendørs pool til voksne. Børneklub. Picknic pose til når man skal på tur (eller rejse hjem). Flere udendørspools, men de var temmelig kolde i efterårsferien!

Great hotel near the strip

Lovely hotel, we went all inclusive and couldn't fault it. The food was lovely and lots of choice. The bar staff were always entertaining. Would go back.

Hotel familiar y muy acogedor

Estuvimos 5 días con todo incluido matrimonio y 2 hijos , la verdad que muy bien con buen tiempo como tuvimos, ya que es una parte fundamental si quieres disfrutar de las instalaciones al 100%. Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, la zona de toboganes perfecta. Por decir algo a mejorar el tema de actuaciones por la noche que son demasiado infantiles.

Hôtel super pour toute la famille, animations pour enfants au top, spectacles le soir très sympa.les piscines sont bien surveillées et les enfants à partir d'1m40 ont pieds quasiment partout. Le buffet est varié on y trouve tous notre bonheur :-)
