The villa consists of an entrance with private car parking for about 4 cars.
On the ground floor you’ll find the large living room with sofa and TV. Separate dining area, the kitchen and one bathroom. Direct access to the courtyard where you can enjoy the swimming pool. Exterior dining table and separate exterior lounge area to enjoy the warm summer evenings. Barbecue facilities and Special Pizza Oven are set in the corner of the courtyard.
On the second floor you can find 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

As expected
The villa was looking clean. Many reviews told us that there was only one airco, but luckily there where two of them. Every room has it’s own portable ventilator which also is very nice. The pool was getting a bit dirty at the end, but somebody came to the house to fix that problem. Overall a nice place to stay!!

Perfektes Haus für Reisegruppe mit Freunden!
Das Haus hatte eine perfekte Lage, war sauber und hatte eine angenehme Größe. Außerdem hat der gesamten Gruppe der Pool sehr gut gefallen und der Fakt, dass der Strand in 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen war. Ebenfalls war die Lage perfekt um Abends aus zu gehen und trotzdem vor allem abends seine Ruhe zu haben. Insgesamt hat uns unser Aufenthalt von 6 Tagen sehr gefallen.

Vecinos con muy poca paciencia
El encargado de la casa nos comunicó que a partir de las 23:00 teníamos que dejar de hacer ruido. Era el primer día y a las 22:45 pusimos la música alta para disfrutar y despedirnos de la música hasta el día siguiente. A las 23:00 apagamos la música y empezamos a jugar a un juego de mesa, en pocos minutos la policía local vino a llamarnos la atención porque habían recibido una llamada de los vecinos. También nos comunicaron que no se podía hacer ruido a partir de las 22:00, por lo que el encargado de la casa no nos informó bien.
Bien es cierto que aunque los vecinos se quejasen y llamasen a la policía ellos se pasaban el día gritando.

Great location but property poorly kept/unclean
We met at this location with 3 families for a week at the beach. Host was unavailable so she sent friend who only spoke Spanish (we do not) so unable to get information about the property. We found the property very poorly cleaned, dishwasher broken, dirty appliances, and AC unit downstairs ineffectual. I immediately communicated this to host but was not given any compensation or mitigation in response. Communication was patchy - asked where trash goes in Tues and didn’t hear back until Fri. We had to buy trash bags, toilet paper, beach towels, and dishwashing liquid for the house.
There is only one A/C unit in a bedroom that was fantastic but did not cool any other rooms. So one couple was comfortable and the rest were warm. Only one mobile fan was provided. In fact, one family left early because they were so uncomfortable. Only one towel per person was provided - they were cheap and small in general. The pool and outdoor area was lovely. The location is very close to the beach if you’re ok with a hike down/up a narrow road. It’s a busy beach so not having to drive is great. Groceries are within 5-10 min drive. Overall, we were most displeased with the state of the interior, amenities, and host’s disinterest in accommodating our requests. We were quite happy with location and pool area.
