Beautiful vacation villa with magnificent sea and mountain views

  • Only 7 minutes by car from cala canyelles, 10 minutes from the center of Lloret de Mar and 15 minutes from Tossa de Mar in the pleasant and quiet residential area of ā€‹ā€‹Serra Brava. The villa has a grassy garden with trees, with an 8.00 m swimming pool. x 4.00 m, and 1.35 m deep terrace chairs and tables and barbecue at your disposal and also deck chairs for sunbathing.

    On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom, the kitchen, and the dining room which opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool.

    in the first floor you will also find two bedrooms and another bathroom and also a large living room well equipped and very comfortable for a good relax.

We had a great stay!

We had a perfect stay at this poolhouse rented by juan! The whole house is extremely clean and all of the equipments you need are available at the house! The view is absolutely lovely and juan is a very nice and helpfull host! The pool is great and our kids and ourselves enjoyed it very much! We will be back!

The location was up very high and very winding roads. Due to being up so high this made the weather unsettled. There wasn't any WiFi to the villa which we had to use the owners which didn't work by the pool. The pool was becoming quite dirty through the week. There are alot of steps to the villa so make sure you are fit!! Maybe if the weather had been better it would of made it more enjoyable. It was a nice villa just wouldn't stay there again. Tossa de mar is lovely!!!

Das Haus ist perfekt: Ein toller Pool, herrliche Aussicht nach Norden (Wald und HĆ¼gel) und nach SĆ¼den (Meer!), trotz der NƤhe zu Loret de Mar absolute Ruhe!. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten bzw. einen Rat benƶtigten genĆ¼gte eine kurze WhatsApp an unseren netten Gastgeber. Die Antworten kamen immer schnell. Kleiner Hinweis: Bis man zum Haus gelangt, muss man ein paar Treppen steigen, die Anfahrt von Meeresniveau dauert mit dem Wagen aufgrund miserabler StraƟenverhƤltnisse (Schlaglƶcher, Ausbuchtungen des StraƟenbelages) immer ca. 15 Minuten.. das hat uns nicht gestƶrt.. Morgens (8-10) kann man am Strand von Canyelles ziemlich ungestƶrt baden.. das Wasser ist klar, der Strand auch fĆ¼r Familien geeignet..Kinder werden in der Unterkunft eventuell Platz zum Toben im Garten vermissen...was wir noch sehr schƶn fanden, war die Pergola- dadurch fand sich immer ein schattiges PlƤtzchen und durch den Wind fanden wir es auch bei 36 Grad noch angenehm. Die Hausausstattung ist TOP- sogar zwei unterschiedliche Kaffeemaschinen..die Klimaanlage im KĆ¼chen-Ess-Bereich hat leider nicht funktioniert..alles in allem fĆ¼r uns super und ein super Preis-LeistungsverhƤltnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Juni 2023 zu viert und mit Hund in dieser etwas abgelegenen Unterkunft auf dem Berg sehr genossen. Herr Lopez ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der fĆ¼r Fragen auch in deutscher Sprache gerne zur VerfĆ¼gung steht. Der Garten mit Pool samt Ausblick sind wunderbar. Auch die Unterkunft ist toll, nur in den SchrƤnken hat es ein wenig gemuffelt, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeintrƤchtigt. Wir kƶnnen sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sauber, modern, wunderschƶner Pool, ruhiges Umfeld

Das Haus ist exakt so wie beschrieben, die Bilder im Inserat geben Haus und Garten gut wieder. Der Vermieter ist zuvorkommend und hat fĆ¼r Probleme oder Sorgen seine Mobil-Nummer angegeben, damit er direkt Abhilfe schaffen kann - wir hatten keine Sorgen und Probleme, es war alles perfekt. Deshalb haben wir den Vermieter in der Woche auch keinmal gesehen, man hat in dem Haus/Garten seine vollkommene Ruhe. Das Haus ist sehr gut mƶbliert, es ist sauber und modern. Im Obergeschoss mit Klimaanlage. Pool und Garten laden zu perfekten Abenden ein. Ein riesige KĆ¼hl-Gefrierkombination in der KĆ¼che, um bei heissem Wetter entsprechende AbkĆ¼hlung geniessen zu kƶnnen. Eines der besten HƤuser, in denen wir an der Costa Brava Urlaub gemacht haben. Wichtig bei diesem Haus: Man sollte ein eigenes Auto vor Ort haben, das Haus liegt auf der Spitze eines grossen HĆ¼gels, zu Fuss nach Llloret oder an den Strand ist eher was fĆ¼r Wanderer und zu Fuss zum Haus hoch wƤre allemal eine sportliche Herausforderung ;-) Eine Taxifahrt nach Lloret-Zentrum kostet ca 20 Euro. Aber uns war das mit der Lage im voraus bewusst, da wir die Lage vorher per Google-Maps erkundet hatten und die steilen HĆ¼gel an der Costa Brava kennen. Fazit: Das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist allemal weiterzuempfehlen, wenn man nicht zu Fuss in die Partyzone und/oder an den Strand und zurĆ¼ck mƶchte. Danke fĆ¼r die schƶne Woche an der Costa Brava!!

Herrliches Objekt zum Erholen

Sehr schƶne Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, schƶne Terasse und Garten mit Pool direkt dabei. Wir konnten immer draussen essen. Auch ein Trampolin und Kinder-Spielsachen waren vorhanden. SpĆ¼lmaschine, Waschmaschine und groƟer KĆ¼hlschrank mit Gefrierteil ebenfalls da. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Mooie buitenruimte met uitzicht

Buiten rond zwembad genoeg zitjes en stoelen, heerlijk, zeker met de mooie uitzichten en privacy. Binnen alleen een pellets kachel in de gang, dus wat kil als het buiten niet warm is. Auto is noodzakelijk, want de laatste 3km zijn stijl omhoog.

Muy amables limpio y hermosa vista. Mir ist es vor allem wichtig, dass ein Ferienhaus sauber ist. Zweitens sollten die Betten bequem sein. Drittens sollte alles wichtige zum Kochen etc da sein. Viertens sollte das Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend sein. Dieses Haus hat dies alles erfĆ¼llt !!! Haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt . Das Schwimmbad war auch super sauber und total neu. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Man hat einen wunderschƶnen Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus liegt recht hoch gelegen auf einem Berg , einen Navi zu haben ist wichtig, da die StraƟen dort oben bisschen unĆ¼bersichtlich sind, wenn man sich nicht auskennt.

There was an issue with the swiming pool. The owner repaired it but we couldnā€™t use the swimming pool for 3 days. The house is on the top of a hill with 10 min drive in tourning roads. Otherwise the beaches around are nice.

El trato deja mucho que desear

En general la casa estĆ” bien, aunque con varios peros: el chorro de la ducha es mĆ­nimo y pasas del frĆ­o a quemarte sin que hayas cambiado el regulador, una de las sĆ”banas tenĆ­a unas manchas considerables y atenciĆ³n para los que les gusta dormir a oscuras: no hay persianas ni porticones en ninguna habitaciĆ³n!! Con lo que a las 6h de la maƱana ya tienes luz entrando por la ventana.... Pero lo peor es la poca empatia y predisposiciĆ³n de los propietarios. Hace aƱos que alquilamos casas en verano y semana Santa y siempre los dueƱos suelen ser flexibles en las entradas y salidas y suelen al llegar informarte de sitios a visitar, recomendaciones, etc... Pues en este caso nada de eso. SensaciĆ³n de ven tarde y largate pronto. "Que llevamos mĆ”s casas" nos dijeron. Al llegar la nevera no funcionaba y nos dijeron que habĆ­a funcionaba siempre (como echandonos la culpa). La piscina necesita una reforma. "TenĆ©is que baƱaros con cuidado, los anteriores estubieron dos dĆ­as sin piscina ya que se rompiĆ³ por tirarse a lo bruto". Perdona?? Que los niƱos no se puedan saltar a la piscina?? Si no os parece bien os vais y os devuelvo el dinero. (Todo simpatĆ­a). En fin, ese trato cero empĆ”tico de los propietarios hace que desmerezca la estancia en la casa. Con lo cual, no la recomiendo.

tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr schƶn und gut ausgestattet. Es gab auch viel Geschirr (inklusive Kaffebecher und Eierbecher), was leider nicht in allen Ferienwohnungen der Fall ist. Auf Grund der Hƶhenlage (ca. 7 - 8 Minuten mit dem Auto vom FuƟ des Berges bis zum Ferienhaus) ging fast immer ein wenig Wind, welches von uns aber als angenehm empfunden wurde. Das Haus verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber viele Sitzecken, so dass auf Wunsch im Schatten oder in der Sonne gesessen werden kann. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge gut. Tossa de Mar hat uns gut gefallen. Barcelona ist von Blanes gut mit dem Zug zu erreichen. In Blanes selbst ist z. B. der JardĆ­ BotĆ nic Marimurtra zu empfehlen. Bei Problemen (bei uns war die Gasflasche leer) kam Herr Lopez sofort vorbei. Er gab uns auch viele Tipps zu AusflĆ¼gen und Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten. Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Sehr schƶnes Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Wir haben von Mitte bis Ende Oktober unseren Urlaub in diesem wirklich sehr schƶnen Haus verbracht. FĆ¼r diese Jahreszeit war es dort Ć¼berraschend warm. Wir konnten im Swimmingpool und im Meer baden. Das Haus ist noch viel schƶner, als es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Uns hat die ruhige Lage gefallen, die NƤhe zum Naturschutzgebiet und der Blick sowohl auf die PyrenƤen und das Mittelmeer. Der Vermieter war so nett uns einige schƶne Wanderwege, die in der NƤhe des Hauses beginnen, mit phantastischem Ausblick zu zeigen. Er ist nett, freundlich und kann viele Tipps geben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und wĆ¼rden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

This is not the best villa we've ever stayed in, but for the price we paid, we thought it was excellent value and met our needs. This property is literally at the top of the hill, so you have views from the pool side towards the sea and views from the front towards the hills and Pyrenees in the distance. The interior of the house is functional, but nothing special with the highlight being the upstairs lounge with views towards the sea. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped with plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery and cookware, more devices than plug sockets is a minor inconvenience. However, the two things that made this a great holiday were the outside areas, with seating front, back and at the sides (you can follow the sun or find shade) and Jean who is a very helpful host providing excellent advice on the area, what to see and where to shop or eat. One other thing to be aware of is that you need a car and that it's a 7 or 8 minute drive to the property from the main road between Lloret and Tossa.. The nearest beach (Canyelles) is lovely if you can park (OK Sept and October midweek, but busy weekends). Difficult to beat for the price and definitely recommended.

Nous recommandons vivement cette villa - conforme Ć  la description - Au calme dans les hauteurs et Ć  10 min de la plage en voiture. De l'espace dehors avec des zones ensoleillĆ©es & ombragĆ©es - parfaite pour les grands et les petits (nous Ć©tions 2 familles avec enfants). Une piscine sĆ©curisĆ©e, un espace repas verdoyant et convivial Ć  l'extĆ©rieur & des chambres confortables. L'idĆ©al pour de trĆØs belles vacances ! De plus, le propriĆ©taire est adorable et de bons conseils pour dĆ©couvrir cette belle rĆ©gion...

La villa est conforme Ć  l'annonce. Nous sommes arrivĆ©s dans une villa propre et trĆØs bien situĆ©e dans un quartier trĆØs calme. Elle correspond totalement aux photos prĆ©sentes sur l'annonce. De trĆØs bon coin dĆ©tente dans la villa. Le propriĆ©taire n'est pas avare en bon conseils. Nous avons pu dĆ©couvrir les jolis coins de la rĆ©gion. Nous avons passĆ© un sĆ©jour trĆØs agrĆ©able et la maison est superbe. Nous recommandons.
