"A well run hotel in a beautiful location. The grounds were very well kept and the food was very good. The hotel is a little dated in places with a few areas needing to be repaired or painted. Other than that, a lovely hotel with great staff."

"The hotel was our final stop after completing the 3 peaks challenge. A bunch of broken bodies turned up & headed for the hot tub & the facilities at the pool certainly didn’t disappoint. "The property is small but that is part of the charm. Only two of us and it was exactly what we wanted. Managed to cook a huge Christmas dinner and had some beautiful walks. Had a lovely relaxing break in beautiful surroundings."
