"The reception staff were outstanding. They went to great lengths to ensure our rooms were close to each other. All the staff were really kind and friendly and took great care of us. The hotel is looking good! Breakfast was fresh and delicious with loads of choices. We will definitely stay again! Thank you all v much."

If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as well.
On Sunday morning breakfast we heard staff saying we have no more cutlery left .
If Saturday night is the busiest dining night, then adequate staff should be available.
We were very tolerant and could have made a big fuss and refused to pay for the service we received, however we felt sorry for the person involved who was trying to cope under difficult circumstances "

"A well equipped room with an excellent bed, large TV, fridge and good shower. The room was tastefully decorated and of a decent size. I really appreciated the welcome gifts of biscuits, water and milk too. Breakfast was excellent and a very generous portion. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.
