"Comfortable room, lovely housekeeping staff. Disgusting that the car parking was not free for a hotel of this size with plenty of land. £13.50 for the car park that was a fair walk away and £25 for the underground parking "

"Beautiful view from our bedroom, but the decor of the room left a lot to be desired. The mattress was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had the misfortune to try to sleep on and the pillows were not much better. The hotel is well located for visiting the town. "

"Absolutely brilliant hotel Staff very friendly and helpful Rooms are very clean and a packet of Welsh cakes and 2 water's were left in the room a very welcome surprise Breakfast is continental and enough choices to start your day "

"Lovely stay and came across the stunning Offa cocktail bar inside. Staff very helpful however a couple of points not so enjoyable- shower over the bath was difficult to work it . No hook on back of the bathroom door it hadn’t been replaced just the marking where the old one had been. Didn’t sleep very well as the quilt was very thin it felt like a summer quilt. No extra blankets in room . Central location for everything is great. "
